Does anyone still have that weapons of the third era mod? I saw that it was taken down, which is a shame, since I really liked it when i still had it. If someone does, could they perhaps put it up for a download somewhere and PM the link to me?
I'm not sure if this is even allowed, if not, please ignore this and pardon my stupidity.
Is there a mod for horseback combat or to make it faster to get off horses?
Is there any way to remove all your spells at once without removing each of the individually?
I fucked up and granted myself all spells and my legit autosave got overwritten so I'm stuck with every spell and shout in the game and that kills it for me.
Why am I not surprised the Nexus manages to run out modders who actually try to craft quality. This is why I'm glad for the workshop.
The top-mods list is pretty much solely populated by bouncy-breasts type mods, meaning that nothing of quality could ever get on that list.
Last night's antics has made me want to record my adventures in Skyrim. What's a good video recorder and video editor (since I tend to alt+tab a lot to talk to people IMing me)?
For video recorder there is Fraps and Dxtory.
I started Oblivion again and I'm having a hell of a lot more fun playing it than Skyrim. It's odd because up to now I've always though Skyrim was better.
Sure, Skyrim is a lot more polished, but the quests, the dialogue (obviously not the voice acting) and the setting seems so much better in Oblivion.
To me it seems like they focused really hard on making Skyrim look as good as possible and not enough on how it plays and the interactions between NPCs and Players.
Might have something to do with the fact that all the artists started to work on Skyrim as soon as Fallout 3 was finished, while everyone else was stuck on DLCs.
Don't get me wrong, I love Skyrim and everything but in some respects I think it's slightly inferior to previous games in the same way that they're inferior to Skyrim in certain areas.
I never noticed the supposed bad quality of OB's faces. I just took them as they were.
I've always found myself to be a lot less critical of everything though. Makes me feels bad to imagine people working for years on a game or movie, only to be told it sucks.
Wheeze recommended I livestream my dungeon creating, I dunno.
It might be cool but my Irish accent sounds silly vv
Anyone know how to use a xmarker? I am trying to summon a creature/object at its location, but the creature (according to the red do on my compass) spawns somewhere outside of the walls and then disappears (probably because it fell out of the bottom of the cell).
If you could take how everything looks in Skyrim; the characters, shaders, better environments etc. and port it straight into Oblivion, basically Oblivion with Skyrim's visuals,
I would drop Skyrim right now and just stick with Oblivion.
I stopped playing Skyrim a couple of months back and picked it up again with a new playthrough because of the workshop update.
But like before, things are just starting to seem kind of dull. I don't really know what it is exactly.
But i'm definitely not having as much fun as I was in Oblivion half of the time.
And then we shall have an amazing RPG.
If you compare this:
(Not the best examples)
The environment in Skyrim is MUCH more detailed than Oblivion's, So i'm wondering just how far is the team who will inevitably do this willing to go?
I'd like to see the environment in Oblivion completely remade to have the same level of detail Skyrim has. But I doubt that's going to happen with just a straight port.
No, my friend is moving to Australia like every other Irishman recently so I'm going to say farewell and get shitfaced.
I promise I will stream tomorrow.
~this game is now fantastic~
yes resolutions, are to scale.
