I need help. Not help as in help, but advice.
INB4: LOSE WEIGHT, EAT HEALTHIER, HERP DERP. EXERCISE
I am going to start exercising but I'm not sure what the fastest way is. I'm going to try running, but even with a belt my pants are hard as hell to keep up, which fucking sucks. I have a gigantic backpack too, which my mom probably won't take to her car with her.
I'm doing this shearly for me, because I was skinny earlier this year but then I gained like fifty pounds. Any suggestions?

I plan to exercise, eat less, eat healthier, and all that jazz. I was just wondering if their was a quick way or a certain "correct" way of doing it.
