I made some particle effects to replace the default thruster effects, how would i go about replacing them?
How do i make a scripted sequence, and make an NPC play an animation, where they speak.
I can't find it in "model" under the NPC (Kleiner) so i'm kinda lost.
I somehow made it so my textures increase in size along with the brush when I increase it's size.

Did you set the render mode to additive?
Does the material support detail props?
Is the detail type listed in the .vbsp?
Is the alpha setting on the displacement or detail type correct?

Some displacements i make go 0.3 off the grid, how do i fix it?
Everyting else stays on the grid like i want, but some always go 2.3 -> 4.3 -> 6.3 (i use grid size 2)

Use an npc_maker, set to spawn an npc_zombie (or a fast or a poison zombie, if you want)
Anyone know how to make those red forcefields like in the Portal Flash Mappack? I tried decompiling one of their maps (even with hacked vmex) and it won't open. I keep getting EOF'd early.
I know this has been asked before but i couldnt find the thread. When i click, it either acts like z (in the 3d view) or drags (in the 2d view) what causes this?

PortalFlow is a compile process that tries to optimize it. Very slow, only run on medium on the final build. NEVER run on fast on the final, you always want the best results released.

Func_Tracktrains are the biggest bullshit ever.
I have one set up to move like an elevator but no matter what I do it spawns on its edge.
I have the first path track pointing straight down and I've told it to face the direction of travel
I'd use something else but it needs to make an intermediate stop.
Use a func_movelinear with move distance of one unit. The SetPosition input can then be given with the number of units to move.
When I try to test a map Im working on, I can't use my flashlight, switch weapons, or any of that stuff. Anyone know why?
Because you don't have an item_suit?
Console, sv_cheats 1, impulse 101. This supplies running, flashlight, weapons and more.
