    It's not, according to Newegg.

    That actually means nothing.

They've said that before with listings that have been inaccurate many times before. Their chat support is not to be trusted with things like this.

    Edited:

Unless other retailers start listing the game this seems to be nothing more than Newegg being Newegg.

I think a response from Nintendo confirming or denying will probably be needed.

I mean, the concept alone doesn't appear to be unreasonable. Haven't other game companies ported very successful handheld titles of the time to their console counterparts?

Did Newegg ever go out and try to defend the posting for it? I seriously can't remember.

I am just thrown off at the moment they are defending this listing at the moment.

I don't think anyone actually questioned NewEgg about it.

Also, the source for the box art is from Deviant Art.

I didn't actually know this, but you can use the Wii Remote + Nunchuk to play 3D World

That's actually a great relief, I always felt it was better controlling with a control stick rather than a directional pad

Also Rusty, were you able to resolve your wireless Internet issue?
nope, it's still being a turd. i can't connect it to the ethernet without disconnecting the home theatre pc which i don't want to do (there are no extra ports or long ass cables)

I just picked up Windwaker HD this morning and.... I'm having mixed feelings.

Textures are smoothed out and spiffed up to a nice, clean level. Some of the songs and jingles seem to be redone as well. The ability to drag and drop items to equip them is pretty nifty. It's certainly colorful. Very colorful. TOO colorful. The contrast seems way too strong, and the amount of bloom lighting is just absurd. Maybe I'm just being overly sensitive because I'm horribly sick, but it was almost painful to look at.

Someone prove me wrong, I love this game too much to dislike it.
Just decrease the contrast on the screen then?

It would be pretty neat if Dark Moon got ported/re-made for the Wii U, but at the same time I don't know if it would still be fun.

It'd be a bit like playing Peace Walker in HD. The menu interface and the way the missions in Peace Walker are structured suit a handheld way more than a home console.

Or maybe I'm just talking out of my ass and it'd be great. I dunno.

The difference in picture quality between HDMI cables is so small no human could reasonably detect it. Literally the only practical difference between HDMI 1 and HDMI 1.4a is that the latter has inbuilt ethernet (which isn't all that good from my experience). Even the "high speed" cables only reduce latency by an average of 0.3Ms.

The only company that tries to dispute this is Monster, makers of the most pointlessly expensive cables in the world. The reason for this should be obvious.

If power saving mode is on (in controller/gamepad options, from the home button menu) turn it off. Additionally, any screen brightness above 3 seems to wash the colors out slightly.

If these are already met, then the color should already be correct. Perhaps your TV (or other places you've seen media for the game, like your computer screen) has its contrast/saturation set too high, which is very common these days due to manufacturers setting these things about 10% higher than recommended to make their screens look artificially more vibrant.

It's as if someone pays companies to not support the Wii U at this point.

blah blah complicated, blah blah right market, blah blah dont see our vision, blah blah it doesnt support this one tiny thing correctly
All this shit sounds totally fucking apathetic. How hard is it to make a port? Is it a matter of closing down companies if it doesn't sell well? Why not take a fucking risk?

It is best to set up a static IP regardless, since certain routers cause the Wii U when using Auto IP to go into hissy fit mode every other patch.
