I recently am getting a ton of popups from some site called lotterymaster, and it pops up every couple mouseclicks.

I literally used every damn antivirus I have, nothing. I have no idea what to do, or what would have caused it. Any ideas on how to get rid of it?

Ive used, AVG, CCleaner, Spybot, and Malware Bytes.

It's most likely in the browser's plugins/extensions or is a toolbar

There is different ways, but this one should work.
Go to your addons for Firefox and disable it. Post back if that doesn't work, cause then ill bring out the big guns.

Get Kaspersky. Probably best antivirus in my option. Why?
It literary shows everything that starts in little icon and tells information of what type of program it is.(Its not annoying as you think, youwould probably feel safer too)

If window is green - its safe, if red - it blocks. Kaspersky easly blocks every spam by detecting multiplying.

and when program is safe(not harmful)

Try it out and find out if it fixes all your problems with malware.
