Sprint Epic 4G Touch has a mostly working ICS port.
The Nexus S 4G is getting an Official ICS OTA update soon... So much for the GSM devices coming first, the i9020a still hasn't got an update.
Motorola recently said that their confirmed ICS phones will get it by Q3...are you kidding? The X2 almost has a CM9 alpha, and they've had to get around the locked bootloader and the lack of official drivers and libs, and they did it all in their spare time. If they had the internal resources that Motorola did, we'd have had a stable rom a month ago.
My sister has an Motorola Atrix and it came with a cardock app that isn't on the android market. Is there a way to transfer that app to my Archos 43?
Surely with all the discussion of ICS and roms, one of you would be able to assist me. I'm trying to get CM9 on my evo. My bootloader's unlocked, but when attempting to get S-OFF, the command window tells me I can't use image_flash because the folder is read-only.
I asked before, posting a link to the XDA guide I was using for my phone, and was largely ignored. What I got was "check xda." Regardless of guide, all rooting processes require this function that won't go through for me. Would anybody care to take a look? I'm only asking a question.
Hmm, there's a leaked version of ICS for the Note.
Though I'm not flashing it until there's a CWM version.
ODIN is something that I'd prefer to never touch.
I am looking for this wallpaper:
Its that girl in sunglasses under the photo enhancer tab. I know its a windows phone, but I've seen it on Android HTC phones as well.
In the xda thread about ICS leak for Galaxy Note everyone is being a fucking idiot as usual. Sigh.
Maybe its just me, but which part of the xda is shit? I only go to the themes subforum.
Hmmm, probably because I only go to Lunar UI,mclock,Post your homescreen and MIUI threads.
It'd be nice if there was an organised site
with just a list of phone and ROMs but not in forum form
Having way too much fun with Desktop Visualizer. The whole day I've been making custom icons for myself.
Music and camera. I know they aren't anything special, I have practically no experience with Photoshop and such programs.
Desktop visualizer used to be an amazing free app but now everything is in the paid version
So, should I get CM9 on my Galaxy S2 or is there a better rom with ICS on it?
No CM9 is probably best for it
If you can live without video recording, definitely go for CM9.
also, I tried a Galaxy Nexus today. The interface has to be the prettiest I've seen on a phone in my life.
Makes me sad that I have to wait for kernel source.
There. Did it. Oh boy does it look cool.
I can't really access my USB storage, it won't show up on my computer.
The flower should be where the rule of thirds lines meet.
As seen here.
People with tf101, what launcher do you use? I find the default one to be a bit laggy.
How can I take screenshots of my screen? I cannot do it with home+power.
volume down + power on ICS I think
