    Submodels. It's what the Engineer's helmet etc are.
    How would I do that? If I wanted to add something to the player models for example but I were to recompile the models entirely they would be way too large to have players download when joining the server.
    I can't find anything on how to do submodels (bodygroups?) and/or add them to existing models.

    Yknow how my Festive Furnace team colors didn't work in first person but worked in third person?
    Well I just realized that since they added team colored festive miniguns, now my mod's teamcolors works perfectly!

    How would I do that? If I wanted to add something to the player models for example but I were to recompile the models entirely they would be way too large to have players download when joining the server.

    Huh, that's odd. Out of the 8 or so weapon replacements I made, only one was already team-colored. Didn't stop them from switching skins properly, though.

    I wouldn't submit them to Valve, obviously. Not to mention I didn't make the original model so that'd be twice as bad if I did. They're just skins for the emporium that reference the kind of lunch boxes kids had in the 80s-90s.

    Trying to compile the pocket book, but it says i have no sequences.
    Is it not reading ref.smd, or am i missing something else?

    Durr, removing the texture group when i have no team colors yet would really hinder the compiling process.

    Some kind of meter like that one Medic had on the Quick Fix in Meet the Medic? It wouldn't necessarily have to measure Uber, seeing as you seem to be going for a more doctor's office type approach.
