That was the end of the season freshman year sorry. So i was around 110.
Week 4 of Havoc cycle, shit has officially gotten ridiculous.
The results from my first couple weeks are starting to show, and I'm thrilled. I've gotten huge mass gains from my new diet, and my bench has skyrocketd to 265 from 230 in 4 weeks. My curl has gone from roughly 125~130 to 155 since the start of this cycle. Been keeping up with all my supplements, AR-7 pre-workout, whey/carb shakes/milk thistle/omega-3 for joints. A lot less pain than the first couple weeks. I'm thrilled :D

Had a small cut cause I had the annoying headache. Its kinda visible due to my relatively low BF and lost water weight. Still focusing on strength. The nerve compression syndrome is pretty much gone and I'vent had problems with my grip anymore. Sumo DL tech has also gotten much better and I did 182.5 awhile back without much trouble. Gonna try 185 and maybe 187.5kg (2.8xbw) this weekend if it goes well.

r Squat 1x137.5, but its been a long time since I tested my max. I've been focusing on tech and not using belt lately. I did 20 rep widowmaker with 95kgs last week so my max should be a little higher, tho I had a quite big forward lean on the last reps.
