    I doubt you'd contribute much as this is written in C++ and requires little to no math.

    Make sure you've setup your sdk right first, then added the necessary files to the project.

    Just wondering if you would be able to add an update command to the "physgun model?"

    I get the error,
    "attempt to index a nil value",
    when I try to use any of the 3 tools that use this dll when I try and use them on this yellow pole.

    I realize I'll get dumbed for this, but it doesn't say anywhere how to install this, and the question has been asked before. Could someone PLEASE answer instead of just clicking the box? Does the dll go in bin? If so, what's the SVN link for?

    Would it be possible to add the ability to remove a specific convex without completely rebuilding the series of objects?

    Physics objects were meant to not change very often. He's doing everything the SDK will let him.

    Rebuilding the physics is so fast you won't notice (hell I think it might even be possible to have it in a think hook without crashing...might)

    Someone said something about a part of the shape being represented be a sphere rather than a mesh. It happens to several models and I think most/all of them are spheres/has spherical parts.

    It's not always in there, and not everyone has a 64 bit installation of Windows.

    well if they cant find their steam/steamapps folder (or rather their garrysmod folder) then gmod is definitely the wrong game to play.

    On topic: client side prediction? i know its been asked a hundred times already but it would help polywelds popularity past numbers :P

    I agree with Zoombahh. As I said before, this is impractical for any kind of sandbox use until client-side prediction is added. I hope that's a priority.

    This quite an awesome module. But, it seems me and a select few have had a problem with some water reflections with this module installed, as seen in thread: http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=971145

    If you by chance could look into a fix for this, it would be greatly appreciated!

    This module has nothing related to that problem. It is server side...

    Then how come upon removing the module, the reflection issue goes away?

    Perhaps something that includes this module doesn't run when the module doesn't exist making it not break gmod.

    I don't have this module and I get the water reflection problems too. It's apparently a random engine bug.

    So, is it possible to clip single bones in near future? Or does that cause massive engine errors?

    Not that I can think of, smartsnap is a clientside addon that shows/snaps to a grid, and queryphys is a module that edits physics objects.

    It's like improving computer screens with a new cancer treatment.

    What is wrong here?
    Code:
    ] lua_run print(ents.FindByClass("star")[1]:GetPhysicsObject())
    > print(ents.FindByClass("star")[1]:GetPhysicsObject())...
    PhysObject
    ] lua_run print(ents.FindByClass("star")[1]:GetPhysicsObject():IsValid())
    > print(ents.FindByClass("star")[1]:GetPhysicsObject():IsValid())...
    true
    ] lua_run print(ents.FindByClass("star")[1]:GetPhysicsObject():GetConvexCount())
    > print(ents.FindByClass("star")[1]:GetPhysicsObject():GetConvexCount())...
    :1: attempt to call method 'GetConvexCount' (a nil value)
    And yeah the module is require'd.
