All you'd have to do is includemodel the anims in the QC and they'll work, as its near enough the same skeleton (it is a Valve Biped variant) and to replace you'd have to name them as the original.

i'm agree with you, those shotgun shells are annoying, i was going to remove them, but i thought people like more if has everything like original

FEAR 2 seemed too short. Or at least I thought so. And the ending left something to be desired (but I wouldn't want to spoil that for you ;) ). But it's a solid shooter and the combat is great, the AI is also good. Plus your constantly being stalked by a corpse. So it's all good fun.
And having more Replica trooper types and even a few Armacham soldiers would be pretty cool.
