The apartments are a very confusing map. Walk around a bit, you'll find it eventually. I believe it's on the third floor.

It's really weird though, because Simon can't even climb up a rope, yet he can literally beat several people to death in a row with a weapon specifically designed to be non-leathal.

Either he can swing his arms faster than a shotgun pellet can fly, or the nightstick is lined with several invisible spikes.

I melee a lot but I just had to deal with some annoying enemies before I got to him so I used up some ammo. I do use the nightstick though. EVERYTHING IS RESISTING ARREST.

Both. There are moments where you are sitting in an area going "Oh shit oh fuck oh fuck something is going to happen soon and I'm not gonna like it.." There are some jumps but usually it's just good timing that shit runs out from corners and shit like that that scares you. After a while it becomes a bit more actiony and less scary.

A metric fuckton of jumps, screamers, etc.
Some of the ambient noise you'll hear once in a while are pretty scary too but it's good fun.

If you haven't discovered it yet, but have got a Glock, you don't need it. The elevator next to the door on the floor you entered the building on now abruptly works for no reason, and it'll take you to where you need to go.
