    hey! I've got a little problem with FPP. Although I have 'superadmin' rights on the server and in DarkRP and in ULX, FPP sais I can't change the settings because I'm not superadmin. How do I solve it?

    Make sure you really are a superadmin, look for errors serverside and clientside, see if you can do superadmin stuff (like banning someone from the tab menu) etc.

    I am actually having the same problem. I have SuperAdmin rights, I can ban, Kick, apply GodMode, etc... However I cannot change any options such as "People can Physgun world entities".

    Help please, this is the only thing keeping our server from being bugfree.

    This is really nice prop protection.
    But please fix the anti spam thing.
    If i duplicate some contraption the anti spam always remove some wire or lifesupport entity :S
    I know i can turn off the anti spam but... :(

    EDIT:
    Oh and if i place some wire or wiremod exras entity from tools this entity get registered like "World prop". Can you fix this please?

    You should make it into modules, say I want only the prop protect and stool restriction. I remove the other modules. That would make this really great.
    The problem is that for some reason Physgun_Buildmode doesn't work after I installed it. And this seems to be the best Prop Protect etc.

    I just want the stool restriction and prop protect. But something in the mod breaks my physicsgun mode, even if I turn off everything related to physicsgun off.

    Physgun buildmode now works in DarkRP and FPP servers with the latest SVN.
    What about make all unknown-owned objects is unowned, and when someone touched it - they got ownership(like in SPP). This must fix problem with most of wire controllers.

    Indeed! Fix them, you are somehow breaking them. With your FPP or DarkRP. Not sure.

    But it's something you should fix, grabbers and freezers are useful stuff to have on the server :/

    Is is possible to remove simple PP from DarkRP 2.3.7 and somehow get FPP implemented into darkRP 2.3.7? Because i dont get the FPP admin tab with restriction in 2.3.7 /the tab you can restrict tools, wire tools etc...)
    or
    maybe theres some way i could implement that tab into DarkRP 2.3.7?

    I have been considering that, but my darkRP files is so massively customised and i know that alot of the lua scripting wont work due changes between the versions. Dont realy want to remake everything.

    Edit: i just realisied its more complicated than i thought lol:D
    Is it possible that you can help me remove SPP from the darkRP as default PP and somehow get the FPP implemented as the default PP so i can use that instead and aswell get the restriction menu up? i've seen it done on a few servers.


    Edit: just one more thing i wonder, (i know its the wrong place to post about this) in version 2.3.7, you can to shoot with the ironsight only as default. How can i change it to normal shooting?

    I hope you know Lua.

    Find where the SPP files are included (probably in init.lua)
    Remove the SPP folder from DarkRP
    put the FPP folder from the latest DarkRP revision in there
    Put this in init.lua (somewhere at the top):

    In the same files you will see include() lines and AddCSLuaFile() lines with SPP files. You should remove those lines.

    About the ironsights: rp_ironshoot 0
    I hope that command exists in DarkRP 2.3.7

    Sometimes, when the server is busy, the prop protection will stop working. The menu and stuff still works but everyone can touch everyone's props. It resets after a server restart though.

    0.95 has never really done that to me. Before it was very common until I got Megiddo to add some checks. But that was in 0.90. Now I'll stop derailing since I finally managed to get answer to my question.

    UPS also does this.
    I've seen this happening for some players in some servers. The problem in those servers was that ply:SteamID() returned an emtpy string clientside, so it's not FPP.

    This is a great addon and works well on my server. I just have one problem that I am sure is just a simple edit of the .LUA code. I was wondering if the gravity gun punting can be enabled for Admins but Disabled for players. At the moment it is either enabled or disabled. Which means if I need it on in my server other non-admin players are able to punt. I hope there is a simple fix. Thank You

    Any major feature additions since the ~August 09 release of this? I'm still using ancient shit. Haven't had any issues, but if there's a good reason to update then I'll go ahead and do it. I'm only asking since I integrated it into my gamemode along with most of my other addons.

    It lags the server when a prop is spawned ( NOT entirely sure that its FPP but just saying.. )
    All of the boxes are unticked, when i tick one, exit Q menu, re-enter and look, its unticked again, incredibly frustrating, but i guess il have to go with another PP for the time being until we can figure out what causes this.

    I DID ask Eusion about this, and he said something about two versions, and that i might have the DarkRP one without "unlock boxes" button or something. I downloaded the SVN, but theres only one version of it. So im confuzzled.

    EDIT:// im running a sandbox server.

    Yes, use the SVN revision.

    The only thing thats fixed, is the prop lagging, which definately WAS FPP.

    Happening again, can anyone help me with this?

    I'd hate to use a lesser PP, since FPP is ( in my eyes ) the best and most easy to use bearing mind all the options it has. SPP has no chance against this!
