This is pretty much DurgzMod except completely redone, with more drugs added (and smoother highs)
High descriptions
Heroin:
[list][*]You take it, and your HP goes down to 1, but that doesn't matter because you're INVINCIBLE. Nothing can hurt you. But you die when the high is over, which is why you need to take a lot of it (kind of like an addiction)[/list]
Weed:
[list][*]Your view becomes more cinematic, your HP multiplies by 1.5 and you have really really really low gravity, so it's pretty cool if you want to jump high or some shit like that.[/list]
Beer
[list][*]You're drunk, so you do random shit while you're drunk and it sucks because you can't see what you're doing until you're high is over and you find out that you jumped off a bridge by accident or something.[/list]
Cigarretes
[list][*]You become one of the 'cool kids'. Good job.[/list]
Cocaine
[list][*]You're health gets cut in half, because you're running around the map at 6x the normal speed. even more if you sprint.[/list]
Shrooms
[list][*]A nice high, and the "Awesome" face scrolls across the screen at you.[/list]
Aspirin
[list][*]You get 50+ HP and it goes back down to whatever your original health was in the span of 15 seconds.[/list]
LSD

PS: I know these highs are nothing like the ones in real-life, it's kinda hard to replicate it.

Well other than the asprine wont spawn for me it works great and i love it, but the beer doesn't have as much as a kick as it used to which i loved running around doing random things with. Though i have only one problem with it, you left out LSD, my favorite from the first pack. Could you maybe reput it in your package?

Painkillers. Your health increases by 50 and after 5 minutes the painkillers start to wear off 1hp every 3 seconds.

Good idea. The aspirin wasn't really intended in the first place, it was actually meant to be like water, but I figured out it was stupid, and I just used the aspirin as a filler.
But yeah, that makes more sense, I'll use s0m3_guy's suggestion and use it for the aspirin.
Okay, 2.1 has to be released pretty soon, I overlooked a lot of stuff because I was about to go to a friend's house so I wrapped it up rather quickly...

You could add peyote which is a cactus, that makes you hallucinate*spawn zombies or other stuff to fill the hallucinations*
Also the water sound makes me laugh because it sounds like a pedophile getting raped.

I have an idea for the aspirin. Make it give you 30 health for a minute, and them have the 30 health disappear after the minute is up. Kind of like the temporary health in Left 4 Dead.

edit: also if that is Ellen Burstyn from Requiem for a Dream she was on uppers, not heroin.

Also, the painkiller Now works as you get 50 more HP, and instantly after you get the 50 HP, it starts depleting to whatever health you initially had (takes 15 seconds).

Heroin pretty much replaced PCP and I'm going to add LSD in 2.1.

-you may want to put the mass to 30 in the drug base so you can pick them up with grav gun
-maybe remove the cigarette from when you smoke (it’s a very good idea but it looks real messed up with it hovering in the air)
-The re-skin of the bottle is a nice idea but on the grand photo it will not work for the players on a server

Party Pills, they last for 5 minutes and every 30 seconds you lose 1HP. It makes you move slightly faster, and you get slightly dizzy, and you have reduced vision distance, and things are very slightly sharpened.

I love this mod. I was a little disappointed by cigarettes; I was hoping there would be a trail of smoke, maybe a small health boost, and less giant red text. (Obviously you don't get a health boost from real cigarettes, but for addicts, it certainly feels like it. Smoking too many cigarettes would still kill you.)
Before I die, I would love to see some ecstasy and cough medicine. Life would be complete.

They're like party pills, but illegal and has a strong effect. People use them in parties. Well from what I know, they have uses elsewhere than parties, clubs.

There are no hallucinogenic factors to it. It mostly has to do with feeling. Every thing is open to you every thing around you is giving you a worldly energy. Per say, things like a a hug will make you feel good all over. You will find yourself mentally open, you will come to understand things you may have never understood before. Ok I need to stop you should get the idea. ummmm dont do drugs?

On second thought, ecstasy would be pretty tough to recreate in lua. :3
As for cough medicine, basically trippin balls.
And for cigarettes, maybe a slight sharpen effect. Visually sharpen.

Well. When you're on ecstasy you should gain health from getting hit with prop_physics. Ha.

Maybe some bong or something that when combined with marijuana makes the effects of it much better.

I like it, but Shrooms needs work. Maybe have it draw props to the client randomly around, and NPCs walking and shit across your screen. More color, too.

Okay, I've decided.
Cigarettes now have a "high". It really isn't noticable, but if you look close enough you can see it.
LSD has been added and it's really trippy, I figured some stuff out with bloom to make the lights jump out at you.
There were some bugs with some of the highs mixing & motion blur not being able to draw over itself nicely, I "kinda" fixed some of those.
I'm going to add meth, pretty much it gets you EXTREMELY high within a second but you die pretty much 10 seconds after you take it (unless if you take more)
I'll see what I can do about the mushrooms, I'll figure out a way to spawn a gman in front of you and remove it.
Once I'm done with the meth and mushrooms I'll upload it all as 2.1.
