Grab Dorans Ring at the start, get Drain, get a pull on Blue, drain and smite it for the buff. Grab Dark Wind, kill Wolves, kill Wraiths, kill Golems, grab Red, kill wraiths. That's your route. Stack AP items and CDR.

Well then I'm gonna tell you that it does make a huge, HUGE fucking difference.
AND even if you get a good score with Eve after you actually learn how to play(seriously, everything below lvl30 is a tutorial) you'd be more useful if you were playing literally anyone else.

I'm level 30 and people still don't build armor/mres even when they're being raped by a team full of it. Granted, its not as obvious as the 5 man ad we have going on here, and granted I am 1.1k elo but thats besides the point

There are 3 possibilities:
1.Premade with a low level
2.Just turned lvl30 and he has an under average elo. That makes you play with people below lvl30 for some time
3.both

you could also have a inflated lvl 30
playing lots of bot games to level up
that's always a possibility
