IIRC it was more of a list of steps on his old formspring.

What he'd do primarily is prepare the initial drawings to be saved as a .jpg, screenshot the quality preview, copy that over the original, and then keep doing that over and over again until it was ugly enough, then he'd patch them together sloppily and go over the whole thing with the sharpen tool.

yeah, it's those two steps I employed in the making of LIGHT UP THE COART. Not terribly hard.

I don't know how he manages to get that horrendous scum around the edges of things though.
