2-16 gb of ram, thats a big motherfucking range
35 gb?! is the game like 1 year long?
Jesus, this is definitely a retail buy. No chance I'm downloading 35GB.
my poor wallet.
my poor HDD.
Either they don't give a fuck or their game scales REALLY well if they list pretty much the worst and best graphics cards on the market.
"AMD Dual Core 2.6 GHZ - FX8150 8 Core x 3.6 GHZ"
Man, i'm on the low end..
ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?
Even GTA IV, which is on same engine and also was badly ported to PC, weights 15 GB.
6 core? Whoa shit.
Are these real? Are all textures like 8k+?
These specs seem to be running the game at minimum, to highest possible, while other games when they release their specs is only minimum (low graphics) and recommended (medium to high/very high not ultra) depending on the game obviously.
I take these as far more honest specs personally. Although 35gb seems a little far fetched.
It doesn't even look that good or seem too advanced to require 35 fucking gigabytes.
Lets hope half of the the 35gb isn't DLC which we will have to pay to unlock.
good that im getting a 1 TB HD and an GTX 580 soon
Quick let's start judging shit based off of it's system specs that'll make Rockstar like PC gamers again and not make it look like a waste of time because no matter what they do they get whined at.
By the screenshots, it does not look gtx680 and 16gb of ram worthy
I smell another bad console port like gta IV was
35 GB? What the fuck? That makes RAGE look like fuckin' Terraria.
I still don't understand with whole 35Gb. Did they hire FakeFactory?
They must give a week to pre-load the game.
I wonder if GTA5 will be 100GB
Max will be wearing a wearing fake breasts for the length of the game.
It's the official word guys. It's happening.
I have slow internet so this would probably take me at least a week to download. Jesus christ. Thinking about asking for a refund.
Once upon a time, Max Payne was a PC-only type of noir vigilante. Also, he had hair. Now he's gone multiplatform and bald. Coincidence? Probably. Make no mistake, though: the man whose face once made hastily snapped photographs the world over feel better about themselves hasn't forsaken his PC heritage. Quite the contrary, in fact; he's coming home in style.
Rockstar outlined Max Payne 3's PC-specific features on a fact sheet obtained by Videogamer:
"We're proud to say that Max Payne 3 will support Direct X 11 features including Tessellation. This means a higher frame rate, greater visual fidelity, precision mouse and keyboard controls, a full suite of customisable visual and control settings, and optional 3D functionality for an even greater sense of immersion."
The publisher also stressed that this is "not a port," though lower end machines won't be left high and dry. The game, Rockstar assures, runs well on "a vast range of hardware configurations."
All of which sounds pretty wonderful. If this is Rockstar's way of apologizing for GTA IV's resource-devouring port, I'm not complaining. Plus, I've always wanted to wow my friends with immaculately rendered wife-beater stains. So this is pretty much a win no matter how you look at it.
Holy shitdicks. That's a lot of RAM needed. And HDD space. dang.
HDD Space: 35 GB? What is this madness?
