ummm no you are wrong, supports need early kills and farm so they can scale well into late game
late game heroes don't need farm and kills cause they are good in late game!!!!

Should carrys, like Huskar, farm a lot (and fast) and preferably get some gank kills?
But mostly just fast farming for late game?

I wasn't complaining, I simply stated. I had more than enough gold and we synergized well together, I saved her a good few times with Shallow Grave when it was 3v2.

so he's a hard hero? and does ganking mean roaming away from your lane to gank someone? Or harassing by stacking burning arrows on your lane right from the start? and he's not considerably fast so.. power treads and magic wand and blink dagger or something.
also, is it a good idea to play co-op bot matches?

I find mm players to be more forgiving than my own internet friends, but I guess they just want me to get better at this game, like this:
I miss a slow with veno, it's my first game with him, mm guy goes like this:
"It's okay bro, don't apologize in pubs"
My friend goes like this:
"dude what the hell we could've totally killed him"
I mean yes, I did miss, I did say sorry won't happen again (it did though
), but whatever. As you guys already said the learning curve is steep as fuck, but I find myself progressively better at it, and it feels soooo good. I know what to do and what not to do and i guess it's time to try another heroes. I usually play Lich, tried veno and did relatively ok with him, but I found out I can't carry for shit though. Is it possible for me to be a true support player? Just playing support and whatnot.

Almost have more denies than huskar has creepkills. Jesus christ. Why do I let people like him go mid? He kept insisting he wants it, I thought why not, later I realised- if you get a mid hero, DON'T LET RANDOMS PLAY IN MID, you will get this, qop got ultra-fed vs huskar and started raping everyone with ridiculous items.

Is Valve distributing beta keys to good players only? I've never played any moba games before but dota 2 looks really good. For some reason having noob stats won me a csgo key, hoping it will work for dota as well.

Someone locks Drow after me, buys boots and a tango and rushes mid. I tell her I need mid to get my early level advantage and she said.
"I'm carry. I get mid."
I tell her that Drow doesn't mid usually, and her response?
"STFU DON'T TALK TO ME LIKE THAT. REPORTED/"
I ended up just giving up and going top to get outlaned by a Spirit Breaker and a Windrunner.
I went 2-8-5 in a 40 minute game. 3 of those 5 assist were ganks I pulled and the Drow waited to kill-shot them instead of DPSing. like 5 of those deaths were for the same reason.

Just had a game where my teammate spammed pings for the first 30 minutes because they got owned in their lane, mute doesn't do anything...

I had a riki on my team that fed the enemy sandking just because I didn't follow Vipers pub build, continously called me a noob and how I was a terrible player, yet he didn't have a single kill until the last 5 minutes when he stole a kill from me. Also took my items off me while I was disconnected due to a router failure.
Why do some people have to be outright cunts in this game? I was litterally trying to carry in a 3v5 battle cause him and his sniper buddie decided to feed cause neither of them got mid and disagreed with me getting a poormans sheild.

I eneded up destroying late game though because AM just abandoned top lane to me so I just farmed to hell and back for 10 mins haha

How do you play Invoker?
I get Quas at level 1, then Invoke at level 2 for Cold Snap, then Wex at level 3. After that I have no idea what to do.

Lycan is fun. Ganking level 7 feels like my wolves are the hands and lycan is the huge wolf penis that is going to rape you. I sometimes feel yelling YOU CAN'T RUN!

It can't be a Dota 2 update since they do those on thursdays. Could be TF2 one, but I don't think it would affect Dota 2.
