As you may be aware from reading the Emporium Thread, there have been a number of item contributors, such as NeoDement, Sparkwire, and numerous others that have had their steam profiles hacked into, and their self-mades and/or community items stolen or gifted away, or had their gmail or paypal targeted.
Several of these stolen items have apparently been traced to this account

Contributors known to be hacked or attacked so far:
    NeoDement
    Sparkwire
    Larolaro
    Ruskeydoo
    Sexy Robot
    The Ritz
    Ducksink

Please notify me of any others that have been affected, or of any other details.

In Larolaro's case we're just assuming a hack attempt right? He didn't actually get hacked as i understood it

Valve is gonna come down on this guy hard. The fact he's probably selling this shit might even lead to legal action.

Bit like how the polycount pin shouldn't be gift wrappable.
But it was for a month...

So I checked the history of the account mentioned in OP

According to tf2items.com the account does not have any history before March 10 which implies the account was made that day. And on the first day of the account being made, it has a shitload of stuff in it's inventory!

Now when you check some of the item's "Detailed Item Info" there are some accounts which seem to pop-up in the history (and future) more than once.

Sometimes when checking the history of an item, apparently this guy is at the bottom of the list, and when checking the dates acquired and dates deleted/traded is totally fucked up! So I've no idea what that's about, but the items seem to usually come down to him.

The person who's owned most of the items right before the account mentioned in OP owned them, is Xfe, who is on the friends list of zvereff86.

Most of the items in zvereff's inventory four days ago have these two in their history. There are also two other people who seem to pop up in the item history as well.

Of course, most of you probably already know this, which will make me post this for no reason.

If you check backpack history of an account, it will show the backpack on that date. You can then click on any of the items on that account to see who previously owned it and who does own it.

No, I don't think it was the self-mades that were stolen, I think it was the other items owned by contributors. For example, if you visit the Familiar Fez in the account in OP, it was previously owned by NeoDement. I'm not sure if the self-mades were traded, though.

Considering all of Neo's self-made were giftwrapped, they could actually be stolen.
