We're a little curious to be honest. Uhm, why a lets play? Unless you didn't know how to put it, more like some little GMod series of you and your mates in a server?
You could try make machinimas, but start off by making them just for yourself and as you get better, and you shown them to your friends you could put them on YouTube.

We're mainly interested because I believe none of us wants to have someone relatively young to coordinate a relatively big project. Also as you're the project starter, it's sort of obvious that you'll be in it too (with a microphone I guess, since that's one of the requirements) so I think just telling us your age would be a good idea. It's not that it matters too much, I mean age doesn't justify maturity. It's just how your grammar has been sort of ugh through the last few posts that personally makes me wonder of your age.

to be honest, your voice will attract a lot of hate
don't make any videos that involve it.
If you want to make anything:
#1: Don't make a LP or commentary. Both involve your voice
#2: put a lot of effort in and ask lots of questions (in help threads)
#3: try to show some taste.
