Macs are bad, But listen to reason:
    1: they are unsupported
    2: over priced
    3: Ignore industry trends
4: os x merely a locked down version of linux
5: Most macs dont even have a right click
6: Gaming sucks on a mac
7: theyre not flexible nor customisable

Any one wanna help and put more reasons?

    A wild troll appears!

    1. No they're not.
    2. You get a very high quality machine for the price.
    3. Apple SETS trends.
    4. OS X offers a lot more than Linux for desktop usage.
    5. Yes they do.
    6. Macs aren't marketed to gamers.
    7. Yes they are, and some are.

Any more bullshit reasons you want to throw out because it's cool to hate Apple?

no you cannot, you see a pc is superior in every way , (wait shit ive done it again this thread should be in mass debate.) you see i tried to use a mac and 3/4 of the time it was unsupported, spent 1/2 an hour trying to figure out why my right click wasnt working, and Protocol7 btw they are unsupported as fuck they, are not reasonably priced it cost's a shit tonne, for a new hard drive as it is relatively cheap to buy a 1 tb hdd (pc) as it costs a fortune to buy on a mac...... they are only good for arts and shit thats all

So it's unsupported because you couldn't be bothered to look for Mac alternatives to programs? I just looked on Newegg and machines with specs similar to the entry-level Macbook were only $900 at the cheapest, and those models had less than favorable reviews. A right-click function definitely exists but obviously you didn't have the aptitude to figure it out. Unless you're extremely unlucky or treat your laptops like shit, the hard drive will last you until you really need an upgrade. Productivity options for all kinds of digital content creation exist - programming, arts and design, music, word processing, et cetera. A Mac is no less useful than a Windows PC, you just couldn't be bothered to figured it out and passed it off as shit because it's cool to hate Apple.

uh oh guys i think we got a troll on our hands.

oh just a whiny crybabby window$ user.

I love it how everyone shits on people who like macs as being retarded and not knowing anything about computers when 99.9% of people who complain and whine about macs have never used one for longer then 15 minutes in their lives. The second I got my macbook pro I've fallen in love with the operating system it's so much better then windows I can't even begin to explain, although I still miss some of the dual screen features like using windows key + arrow keys to swap applications between monitors and such...

Or you can spend $1000 and get a machine with fantastic build quality, pretty decent hardware, a good screen and great battery life.

And the part about iPhones and iPods needing to boot from a windows machine first is entirely false. You don't even need to do that anymore, and when you did, do you think they'd really alienate Mac users like that?

Like every company that produces Androids is free of their own bullshit.

Come back when you have a legitimate argument (i.e. in 6 years when you realize hating Apple doesn't make you cool.) For the record I don't own a Mac.

The Macintosh computer sues people? How does that work? Is there like some kind of super computer with the capacity necessary to take people to court? Please explain.

Your posts are utterly awful, and this thread is nothing more than a showpiece for your ignorance.

People like you give normal windows users a bad name.

I have used xp, vista, 7 for many years and OSX for 2 years.

Macs might be costlier and lose out in the spec comparison but they are gorgeous and design wise, blow typical windows laptops out of the water.

Sure, they cost about 400-500 more than a windows laptop of similar specs but there are people prepared to shell out more for the OS( which they have come to love) , the design, and the apps/programs on the mac.

Macs also usually have better battery life than other laptops.

And how the hell is "ignore industry trend" a bad thing? Justify it.

All of this points to an extremely immature, inexperienced, biased OP.
