I have a 60gig Ipod. I want to back up all my music from it. Only problem is the battery. When I plug it into a wall charger it will boot and go to the ipod screen and I can see all my music. But when plugged into my pc all I get is very low battery please wait. Ive left it like this overnight and came back and its still there. How can I get my ipod to boot even for a few secs to sync it with my pc.

Perhaps the PC doesn't power the device enough to charge? Charge it with the wall charger and then sync it with the computer using a USB 2.0 port.
