Ok so Iv made this HTML loading url there's a problem and something I need help on. Ok, the problem is that everytime I upload it to my servers resource/loading it keeps redownloading the original one for some reason. What I need help on is I want to make it to where when people join it shows their steam name and their profile picture and how long they have played. Do you need a MSQL data base if so how do you set it up? Please help.

You'll need a database and some Lua to get the total time played. Pulling profile information would be done solely by PHP via the Steam API.

No you are going to have to query the Steam Web API to fetch the avatar's URL. https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Steam_Web_API

Register for API key here: http://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

You will need to convert the steamid into a 64 bit steamid, build the query URL, process the resulting XML/JSON to get the avatar's URL. Then I'd probably recommend caching the URL or possibly the image itself it on your server.
