Just thought i'd bump the thread for you.
You don't have to, by the time RTB or apoc releases new information about their work, the thread will come back to life.

I just have a question. I downloaded one of Apoc's model packs, Pokemon Pack v6, and I'm having a bit of difficulty with the facial expressions. Is there something I'm missing, or are there no expressions/limited expressions?

You'll need to get the bodygroup changer sTool to change the faces.

And I would just have to put this in the Addons folder for Garry's Mod, yes?

Edit: I downloaded it, and while I only tested it on the Gardevoir model, I saw no change whatsoever. Does the Gardevoir model not have different expressions? Or am I just using the Bodygroup Changer wrong?

Oh! Yeah I just tried that out, it works now. I didn't realize the sliders have to be set to certain values before you see any changes. Thanks a lot, guys! I got it now

Although it only seems to work on Pokemon characters, but that's fine with me. Everything else I have, their facial expressions are really easy to change with the Face Poser

I noticed that several of Apoc's other models besides pokemon( and some pokemon) don't work with the bodygroup changer, which is odd.

Not so much keeping you guys under a rock as we've both been on a break from GMod stuff for the past 2 months, so we could catch up on other projects. Work on Pokemon will be resumed shortly.

Aggron is a Badnik!? So he must be powered by a Swablu.

Could envmaps(or whatever makes them reflect things around them) be added to Aggron or would it be a alot of trouble.

Will you be able to increase the poly count, or maybe increase texture quality on the head? Maybe a selective smooth subdivide at certain places, I dunno, just throwin' out some possible remedies to compensate for the low poly count.

Coincidentally, I once made a Sonic fanfic with a robot that looks like Aggron.

Well, sometimes I hate when they decide to recycle the models to save hours and hours of work, but then they don't look as good when seen on newer console. This is just my thought about why sometimes there's new models made for some older Pokémon like Pikachu for example.

There were some new models for Pokémon in Colosseum that were supposed to became Shadow Pokémon, but they were cut out of the game and added into XD instead. There's still text in the Japanese version of Colo that proves it and in the Prima guide, the back cover says the actual number of Shadow Pokémon that were supposed to be in the game.

Hah! Pokémon Rumble! now all we need is a Scrafty so i can make some just for fun comics with a bad influence, idiotic, big brother Scrafty named Steve trying to teach his younger, innocent brother, Stanley (Scraggy).. Basically, it's like Foghorn Leghorn trying to teach that little guy

Quoting myself from the Sonic topic not to long ago:

As for an SVN, I'm personally still waiting for the Steam Workshop which is coming out in the newest Garry's Mod update, which is like a built-in SVN.
...which will have a spawnlist similar to what Apoc's shown off in one of his screenshots:

Yes, but until then it'd be nice if there was an SVN, that's why I'm looking into it.

It makes good use of the PokéPark Wii icons, too. Of course, I have to make some for the ones that weren't in either game (like Porygon, for example).

Not on me at the moment, but I can get them for you. I'll probably get the models from Pokémon Colosseum, as I'm able to get T-posed models from that game, and since they weren't updated in Battle Revolution...

Well, here we go again, as I noticed how sloppily Salamence was being ported, as some of the vertices are completely loose that it will enable to see through of them!

With this main thing, can I now secure the place as a beta tester so I can contribute if there's something wrong with models before they get officially released?

I know, although it's great people are porting Pokemon models, some have obvious defects that should be fixed. Hasn't anyone noticed how Voltorb, and possibly Electrode's models have chips missing in the lower right half of their face?

Any rigging problems with the Pokémon is Nintendo's fault (unless it's a manually-rigged Battle Revolution model like Blissey or Gallade). Blaziken had a major problem until I figured out how to fix it (you could probably spot it in-game if you looked hard enough). And what's this about Voltorb/Electrode's problem? First time I've heard anyone mention a problem with them.
