Not sure if this was posted yet, but here's a video of possible DLC/patches/Mods may come out in the near future.
Oh my god. That video. I want all of it, so bad.
Whoa haven't I seen this page before like 20 pages back
all of those things must be added
ESPECIALLY the mounted combat.
Are there any mods like better bodies for morrowind out yet? I really hate seeing people without toes
is there a mod to remove the 4 potion limit in oblivion i want to take 100000 skooma and jump around cyrodiil
Did they even say when or if they're going to add the jam stuff?
did they say we would all ask questions?
If mounted combat comes to consoles, I might play a knight-type dude.
I'm in the mood for some more gameplay changing mods, most of the ones I have are graphical or small tweaks, and the ones that aren't all are overhauling the crafting system together.
"HEY HEY EVERYONE! Look at all this cool shit, don't you wish we would release it? Or better yet, put it as offical features?
WELL TOO FUCKING BAD!"
Seriously does no one know how to set up a lever to turn on an xMarker?
It should feel insulting to them that they were able to code some really cool stuff in a weak. Yet how long of a development cycle and no one thought of a simple shader that makes water look 1000000% better?
I think I've had this discussion before...
I don't want to instigate a Skyrim hate march here, but here's a question that's been burning in my mind for a while:
Was anyone completely satisfied with what they got from Skyrim right out of the box?
Bethesda is terrible at making games that works in terms of bugs, features and complex thingamajingies.
Bethesda is great at making games that are fun to play. Their technical skills are utter shit, like, completely utter shit, but they are great at finding out what makes a game fun and put it into the game and then they give out modding tools so the fanbase can go and fix up whatever the fuck they messed up in the technical area.
No matter how you twist and turn it you can't say Skyrim is a bad game. When the average play time is 70 hours for it and the average game time for any other single-player game is like 5-10 hours then by God, you can't say it's bad. Skyrim has many flaws, but it also so huge it couldn't not have them, and the longer you play a game the more tired you get off it and the more negative you get at it and spot bad things easier, so obviously when people invest 200 hours into an open-world game they will find a lot that have annoyed and pissed them off, and that's reasonable since there is a lot to be annoyed or pissed off about. But if you've spent 200 hours whilst getting annoyed and pissed off and still play it (often or now and then), then surely they've done an excellent job.
That said, I would love for them to implement that. Valve implemented a similar shader in Portal 2 and it looked great (I think theirs was more advanced though, it accounted for bubbles collecting on the surface and such)
Chrono-alteration is a perfectly valid school of magic
Does anyone hope there will be a Midas Magic mod for Skyrim? The game needs more creative, diverse spells.
But the Midas spells for Skyrim are far far less creative than the one he made for Oblivion.
" HUUURRR HEAL BEAM YEAH WOO "
Yeah cool, now go take a look what he achieved in the Oblivion version.
I guess it's because of some limitations, but still.
Anyone know of any mods which turn the PLAYER female walk/idle animations into the male ones?
It looks terribly silly when your female is full-clad in armor and walks like a red-carpet fashion model.
How can I make this feel more tavern-y.
The idea is similar to metro, it's a little pub in what is essentially a bomb shelter
It could be one of these:
