It's not. Interiors are made from combinations of tiles (which is why all the houses and dungeons look the same) and exteriors are heightmaps.
Look at the other solution.
Edited:
Don't get anyone's hopes down, Oblivion's CK and Fallout 3's GECK were piss-easy to use albeit glitchy.
Oh, yeah. Once you get over the awkward handling for the cell view, everything's fine. Just don't expect to be able to make anything that looks unique unless you can model.

What is the console command for changing the player race? I want to play through as a draugr.
Cant be a draugr, yet. Only custom races I've seen are Daedra and kids.
its showracemenu thou and changing race erases all your skills back to level 1
Markarth is fixed? Woo!
I think he means the "setrace" command. Presumably it would be "setrace draugr".
The new update seems to have "fixed" my being unable to enter certain areas on my larger save files.I still have the feeling they will come back.Has anyone else been able to enter recently inaccessible areas do to CTD since the new patch?
Yes, I just tried it, buggy as hell. Ah well, there goes my dreams of roleplaying as a T'lan Imass.
"Fixed issue where killing guards in Cidhna Mine would block progression for “No One Escapes Cidhna Mine”
:v
I seem to have gotten more crashes (once it quietly died behind a loading screen), though i'm guessing that's caused by mod problems with the newest patch.
Framerate is amazing, though; gonna crank up the settings now.
I've tried that.
I can't find the Argonian anymore, I have nowhere to finish the quest at. The problem with the Skald bounties is that I have multiple instances of it and I can't collect on any of them. Yay, it worked, thanks a lot!
What was wrong?
its was laggy all the time
I have never had any lag in Markarth.
I also have killed every single person/guard in that city, as a werewolf.
It would be interesting if people expanded on cidhna mine, and also added more npcs to cities. So after the Markarth conspiracy quest there'd be a giant fight between Markarth citizens and cidhna escapees. Maybe even progress the Forsworn storyline so's there's actually an end to it other than "you'll see us again".
Yeah, I always wished cities to have more people, right now they just have a few people and cities feel very small and for the most part dead, there's more guards than citizens.
At the start of the game, when the horse thief said he was from Rorikstead, I expected it to be a decent sized village, I was dissapointed to find that there was only like 2 buildings in there.
"I should check out the College of Winterhold. The town's probably pretty good considering it's where you learn how to shoot fire from your ass."
3 buildings and a ruin.
While Skyrim has a very large world compared to most games, it's still to small to feasibly support properly large towns. I sincerely doubt there's more than 100 actual people living in Skyrim's towns and villages.
Pretty much that, I'm still hoping for a game to get cities right, even the imperial city was underwhelmingly small for what it was supposed to be.
It's like the population of Nirn is in the thousands.
Well Oblivion had Better Cities and Fallout:NV had Populated Casinos/Freeside/Strip. So hopefully we'll see the best of both of those mods in Skyrim.
And yet a game like Assassin's Creed can simulate huge cities with a tiny world.
I think I've mentioned this before, but Skyrim really does deserve Oblivions "Crowded Cities" and "Crowded Roads" mods.
Edited: Fixed screenshot links and put them on the next page.
it is atrocious that almost three months after release, there is still a game breaking main quest bug that the community has had to fix
Tiny in terms of the amount of area you can actually explore and the distances between cities. The actual cities themselves are massive compared to Skyrim; one of them would probably cover the entire Whiterun Hold area.
So how will using the steam workshop work if you use SKSE? Will you need to run the launcher first to update then launch SKSE?
Dropbox is being a huge dick and denying access to the files. Sure you haven't used up your quota of public files bandwidth?
This should be in the OP![]()
Lol, no you cannot kiss me
It shall be done!
Especially since tons of people are hailing it as "GOTY all years" despite the ATROCIOUS number of bugs and balance issues, not to mention how shallow the game's pitiful attempts at deep storylines are. And then the rabid fans say "well read the books!" I have read the books. Not only are they also shallow, but it is bad game design to literally force your gamers to read a book in order to get the story at all while playing, rather than integrating it into the gameplay and letting them experience it. It's not just an exaggeration that the game (and the rest of the series) is like "reading a book" in this case!
Despite this, I have poured many hours into the game in a desperate attempt to find the "perfect" character for me, only to delete the character when I blaze to level 40, have all of the best gear/nigh-endless money, and still have a shipload of quests to do. Not to mention an inventory that refuses to empty up so I can actually loot things.
Oh, and mods. Kind of sad when a game's saving grace is its non-multiplayer community.
He's not copying the correct Public links is the problem.
I just hope it isn't like Better Cities for the Imperial City's market district. ONE FPS. Thank goodness for Streamline.
Too bad I can only rate agree once.
So, if I take my savegame and copy it to the desktop then completely reinstall my skyrim, will that remove my mods without blowing anything important up?
Depends on the mods you're using. Some of them create large changes that have to be properly uninstalled. Things like graphics or armor mods, however, should not cause this. Gameplay (and especially level) mods on the other hand, have a very large chance of fucking something up.
If you downloaded Tytanis, you're fucked either way.
