The first and the last one look pretty good. What brand is the latter shoe from, because I'm considering buying that or anything else similar.

I just dislike the look of sneakers in general, they feel too dad wear and too clunky. I also dislike pure white shoes like that, they just have always looked bad in my opinion.

Khaki shorts, white ankle high socks, sneakers they got from academy and shirt possibly displaying where they went on vacation or some kind of sports related jersey.

edit- Sneakers are meant for sports, casually wearing them just looks bad and most sneakers still have the 90's mindset where a bunch of angular designs and with 5 different materials looks edgy.

I'm not big into basketball shoes and I know you guys aren't really, but what do you think of these?

these second ones are the shoes the Bulls used in their heyday.

first one, second one, or neither?

you guys realize vans and converse are sneakers right? Just cause you don't call them sneakers doesn't make them anything other than sneakers.

    running sneakers are dad wear.

Jordans can look alright, but if you're over 19 years old and out of high school, you're just going to look like a child. That was the big thing when I was in high school, but people stopped doing it the higher their grade became, because they knew it looked incredibly childish. Wearing a huge green and white shirt or jersey(Celtics or something probably BIRD(as in Larry Bird)), black pants and then some green and white Nikes. It was all very well coordinated, but in a suburb or a not-so-large-city to begin with, very out of place.

    in all honesty

the people I saw wearing Jordans in high school were the stupid people who complain about failing geometry and play sports for the school

    there are much better sneakers

sup guys. a tad of advice here.
I have a pair of these jeans which i think look awesome

    and this jacket

(yes, im quite a large kid!)

I want to buy a shirt that would go the jeans, and also i could throw on the jacket and would still look good. the jacket goes reasonably well with the jeans, and it is somewhat classy. I wanna head over to marshall or tjmaxx or wherever tomorrow and see what they got going on, but i need some inspiration first! Does anyone have an recommendations for a type of shirt, whether it be t shirt, button up, or other, that would go well with those?

And is there anywhere i can grab a pair of these

for little money and with clear lenses, instead of what corrects your vision? thanks in advance! i appreciate the help

edit: I also have a black jacket that is a peacoat but with straps at the shoulders, like the gray one i posted a pic of, and a few pockets, if someone gave me some ideas to match to that one, i would be very happy!

same color and what not as that, except one row of buttons, straps at the shoulders, and 2 pockets at the chest and two by the waist

Again, i'm just looking for inspiration here, maybe some pictures and what not of what would go well

People here generally don't care for people who wear glasses as an accessory rather than an aid.

Sunglasses however are a different story.

Also, is his second image broken for anyone else? or is that just me.

it's not people here, it's not an opinion, it's that anyone that wears glasses without needing them will look like a pretentious douchenozzle.

So I need a "casual-smart" outfit, so I'm thinking I'd wear my black slimfit jeans, and a shirt (maybe a tie as well?). What colour would you recommend?

I don't even want to have to wear my normal glasses that I need, why would anyone want to wear them just for fashion???

but then again, I wear my sunglasses all the damn time but that's because I need them too so

    I don't even know

but wearing glasses when you don't need them just looks silly

Get a grey shirt because you can pair it with any color/print tie you can possibly think of. If you already have a white shirt picked out then stay to dark colors but other than that you can do whatever you want.

i actually wish i needed glasses. i have worn other people's glasses at times, just out of interest/for a laugh and people commented on how much i suited them/looked good in them

i went for an eye test actually because i get pretty shit headaches (a friend of mine got stronger glasses and her headaches stopped after that) but my eyes are fine and it's just down to screen-time (which i can't really do anything about)

Those last ones aren't very fashionable, but you could use them as athletic shoes.

The other two are alright, but i feel like you could do better.
