you wear them every day and get a few years worth, paying a bit extra isn't bad

except if they're really dressy ones, then it's kind of a waste

Who do you guys think belongs on the ~fashion guru~ list in the OP? I'm gonna try to keep the list as up-to-date as possible. Just nominate someone, and people will rate your post agree or disagree and I'll go by that

I agree it would be a bad thing to have me on the list, I would give people bad advice simply because they would listen to me.

as a person who soley wears one shoe all the time, chucks, i want to branch out and get something different
i kind of want some stacy adams because they are a good casual shoe that also works as a dress shoe and apparently theyre insanely comfortable
    http://www.stacyadams.com/shop/style/00035.html
but theyre so fuckin expensive so i will probably never get one!!
I find the brogue design on those boots a bit odd. It's a weird mix with a dress shoe and a boot.. I dunno if I like it or not.

Yeah, they're probably a bit too dressy, doesn't go well with casual wear.

Most boots look fine as dress shoes, tone it down a bit and it'll still work.

Cheers. Normally both shirts together would cost $160 so it's a massive saving. Plus it's an incredibly nice slim fit which I find really hard to find. Roger David is now my store of choice.

i dont see how that shape is any more like a clown shoe than any dress boot

    Ahaha "it's the perspective"

But I guess I shouldn't give opinions on specific boots since I think dress boots are ridiculous in themselves unless you're texan and live a hundred years in the past

Rusty he said he doesn't like those kinds of shoes in general so there really isn't a point in arguing as his opinion wont change. We all have differing tastes, even if theyre similar in base.

So, finally decided to get short hair, got really tired of having long messy/curly hair. I kinda like the outcome but some extra opinions would be nice.

Here's what my hair used to look like, most of the time:
