Exactly
I only saw that it was the same eye, but rather than specify eyes I said you shouldn't mirror anything, because you shouldn't!

Oh well, sue me.

But thanks for the criticism anyways.
it has no depth or perspective. fucking confusing.
it might be handy to point one in the direction of how one can create more depth and fix the perspective? i know that might take an extra minute of typing though
deconstruct space and time and reality and.. yeah.
Make them look in the same direction, right now they are ever so slightly different.
The perspective lines are a bit wobbly and lead all over the place, making it look a bit flat once you look away from the ladder.
I do rather like the idea of a vehicle that has a ladder leading down to its cockpit though.
EXPERIMENTED HEAVILY. 12hr render time for this
~hip and thoughtful~
12 hours wasted.
Send it in to Adult Swim. They are pretty big on fan made content.
Definitely. I'll make sure to do that.
It could've used some variation, it's 2 minutes of the same thing.
It was originally a draft for a complex design i wanted to re-draw on a wall of my room.
I liked it a lot, so i scanned it and gave it a rough coloring/shadows.
Drawing heavy inspiration from "king city"

i wanted to upload it in original resolution (around 3000X6000) for anyone who wants it, but it seems to have been resized.
imgur is terrible for anything that isnt tiny
use filesmelt
Trying a different approach - sketching on paper then defining values and getting composition sorted before heading into colour.
I'm also starting to put white/black borders around my work to remind me of just how dark I can really go to get me to really push the values
That looks like it's on the way to having a bit of emotion and impact Mal
To be honest I've yet to see that from any of your digital work, keep going with this approach
Mirrored things always look crummy
Honestly I liked the second one better when it was hollow and not bleeding, the sharp negative space between the halves was good
I think futurarma I love it.
Would love to have this on my wallpaper cycle, upload it to www.filesmelt.com or public link it to your DropBox please. Would be much appreciated.

The honour is mine :D
This is what I draw an hour ago. The Chernobyl Power Plant
Not very artistic compared to what the others have, but I like it!
HA 12 hours wasted doing other things... so not wasted. Also it's an experiment. You people are nutty about judging others time while you waste your own judging. (Can't wait to be judged for saying this)

I did a perspective piece on the Chernobyl tombstone for school (Unfortunately the school took it) I suggest using perspective, mainly 3-point. You'll never regret it. Be prepared to fuck up 3 times before understanding how it works though.
For example, This is my 4th triple perspective piece. (Notice how it's not quite right, but still looks better than if I'd eyed it)

I see what you did there....
You kids and your eyes
I wasted my time painting this pot. Now I'm going to not waste my time and plant things in it.
Copper is fun to paint

needs a stronger specular highlight
This was going to be a just simple study, but then I realized that I'm tired of studies, so I desided to turn it into something more interesting
I like hi-techy tacticool things too much, I guess.
I fiddle too long with stuff, but whatever. doin' for a friend's thing

feh, imgur's 404'ing a bunch.
her leg
and her monkey face
Hm, what's exactly wrong with them?
Although, I don't really know about leg, but the face looks ok for me...
Done doodled a turtle

Havn't really done anything artistic recently do eased back into it by continuing work on that pencil drawng.

Yup, i sure screwed up the perspective. Do you have some suggestion on how to make good perspectives for indoors?
On a sidenote, this is the cockpit of this mech:

some kind of derp monster thing

did i go overboard with the specular highlights?
reminds me of MaryDoodles. For all of you who don't know who that is, she's a watercolor painter on YouTube. She has a lot of cutesy but realistic watercolor paintings of animals.
