Too bad all the famous voice actors in New Vegas did their lines really badly. They all sounded like someone just handed them a script and were like "read this or something and we'll give you money". None of their voices had any character in them and were all just horribly bland.

To be honest it's probable that something like this happened. Remember when the witcher 1 was released here, the localisation was awfull. Not because the voice actors were bad. But apparently they were just brought on to the set, given scripts and told to act the characters. Without any direction at all or having a clue what the characters should be sounding like or doing.
