So I tried OneNote Mobile by Microsoft. It's not really good, so I ended up continuing using EverNote. And no moving to sd card either
I am so glad that with my Galaxy Nexus I will never ever again need to worry about "can i move this app to my sd"

Ditched the bundled lock screen and launcher that came with Cyanogenmod7 for Go Launcher EX and GO Locker.
    So sexy and customizable.
Also ADW Launcher was getting crashhappy for a weird reason, while I've been using GO Launcher EX for over a week without any problems at all.

But, but, but, what if you run out of space? At least with an SD card expansion option, you can just stick a 32GB card in the phone and get 32GB more storage...

but, but, but, I listen to music, and, and, and, I watch tons of anime and "long videos" on it, so like, like, like, I need more space, and, and, and I play games on it that require large data packs, such as, as, as Modern Combat 3 as it, like, like, like takes up 1.4GB. And I want more games and such but, but, but like it takes up space on the SD card and like, like, like I only an 8GB card and, and, and I'm barely surviving the, the, the lack of space.

Heh, I was on my way home from work last thursday, and I was fiddling with my Galaxy S2 and it slipped from my hands and fell into a puddle. And it didn't just splash and get its corner wet, it sank and got soaked.

I quickly picked it up, wiped it and it seemed to work just fine. I got paranoid though and picked it apart and put the pieces on a towel overnight. But it has worked just fine so far. Tough little thing.

Do the put in rice with rice cooker method.

    Heard it helps.

    Also makes it more delicious.

Definitely still try the rice method and be on the lookout for any bugs. Like the USB connection being buggy, same with the camera... even software bugs might be caused by that. Water is a bitch and it may take a lot of time before some damage shows.

Now this is really bugging me right now, on Google Wallet, it still has two entries for PowerAMP, one which was like "Payment Declined", the other was Cancelled. The hold is still there and the Android Market still says that I've paid for it, when I still cannot even download it (getting error 403)

I also "acquired" the unlocker app from a different source and it gives me a Listens not Verified saying that the Android Markets responce was "NOT_LICENSED"

    What do?

    Edited:

Okay, so I uninstalled it and the Android Market is telling me that my order was cancelled

So I contacted them about the problem asking if I can buy it again with the card that actually works at the sale price.

Is there a cable/dock for my galaxy note that would allow me to both connect a monitor and a keyboard/mouse?
I've seen HDMI out or USB cables, but nothing that would allow me to use both at the same time.

Worth it? I was thinking of making a thread for everybody to post me the must do essentials so I can make the most of my Android. I'm pretty excited. Going to be my first smartphone.

Thanks man! Any good tutorials around on some of the more difficult things? Such as themes and all that? I remember them being tricky to do when I had to jailbreak my iTouch. Or is Android much more straight forward?

With Android, you can customize EVERYTHING. The launcher, the lockscreen, the sounds and such, the menus, pretty much everything on it.

We are always here to help if you have a question!

equivalent of jailbreaking on android is ticking 'Install from unknown sources' or whatever

rooting will be somewhat harder but you can just flash CF-Root from XDA with Odin, you'll see when you get your S2

Holy good cow I can't wait I've just been looking up stuff about Android and I can't wait.
I don't know if it has been mentioned. I didn't see it, but I have this installed on my PC and laptop and you can install it for Android too. It seems pretty handy.
    Anybody know if it works?
