I'm still waiting for a circuit box type thing where you can program using redstone in a crafting table kind of menu and when you place it all you need is the input and output.

Hell I'd love it if by using the same idea you can make it so a circuit would only activate, say, a door, rather than everything on that same circuit unless otherwise programmed. Same thing for inputs. Levers would activate, but not pressure plates or torches.

But I don't use redstone all that much to really care about what happens to it.

They should just implement some of the things from RedPower. Mainly the wires and logic.

I'm pretty sure we wouldn't be able to fit 1,616 mini-blocks into one block.

I'd like if we could craft redstone dust with other materials to make advanced redstone dust.

For example: craft redstone dust with glowstone dust and you get instant redstone. Any torches made with instant redstone dust are instant; same with repeaters.

Not literal blocks. A 16x16 grid as in the crafting grid.
I know, I was just poking a bit of fun at the typo.

Villagers are still dumb as shit though

I mean a whole bunch got stuck in this one spot.

I freed them but then I found out they were getting stuck in some other place.

They also seem to crowd right at the door instead of into the houses.

Anyone have any cobblestone or stone generator designs that don't use any redstone (and consequently any pistons)? I'm trying to farm stuff on my server's flat world.

Mine constantly swarm one or two buildings, despite there being tons of other ones in my village that I made myself. They actively go out of their way like 90% of the time to avoid the nearest house, and crowd into a single building. Sure I'll find the odd one or two in the other buildings, but it takes the fun out of creating a village on your own. They need to evenly spread out between the houses around them.

Anybody know how to fix my Minecraft?
Whenever I try to login it just gets an error and can't login because it thinks its in offline mode.
The news doesn't even show up on the left, its just 2 lines of error.

I tried removing and reinstalling Java.

Maybe try removing your .minecraft folder in appdata, and running Minecraft.exe to place them again?

Is there a way to refresh a certain chunk in MCEdit?

I've been having fun with this recently:

    - Find a very large jungle biome

    - Make an iron golem somewhere in the deep midst of it (or have a friend do it)

    - Grab some weapons

    - Find the iron golem and kill it!

They also wander around so it will make it that much more challenging. I did this once, and when I was in my jungle house, it fucking creeped up to the window and I hid in my house. I couldn't find it at morning. I could have slept but I liked to roleplay a bit. It's kinda like the bigfoot of mincraft if you let me wander around for long enough.

Starting to get back into Minecraft a bit, I made a fresh world and everything. When I first started off I was killed by a Ninja Creeper. After that I couldn't find my half finished house so I made a new house. Well it's more of a mining shack It has a 4x4 hole with a ladder reaching downwards and two farms, one Wheat and one Pigs. I wanted sheep but I can't find any for the life of me. Heck I found a desert well first! So I settled with pigs.

Top base was the first base. Bottom right base is my current base.
