    NAND-gate with inverted input?

    The result would be:

    11: 1
    01: 1
    10: 1
    00: 0

And I guess that's what you want.
Nope. 01 and 10 should not change anything, regardless of what the output is. Only when the inputs are equal to each other.

    Edited:

T-flipflop triggered by an XOR gate
Probably. I don't have much knowledge of the T-flipflop. Will look into it.

Try this if you missed it
I stole some designs an combined them into this work of art

Repeaters on side are inputs and the redstone at the pointy end is output.

What have they done to the creepers!?

They are really slow now, practically no threat at all.

Ahh, so you want it to save the state in which the output is, as long as it doesn't change to either 11 or 00?

So you've got an input 11 giving you one, and when you change it to 01 or 10 you still get the 1 in the output? And when you go from 00 to 01 or 10 it doesn't change either?

Seems zombies and skeletons aren't as smart as they used to be. They won't even jump in water if they're set on fire anymore. Hell, even before the AI updates they'd do that.

It's like a whole new game.

I don't like creepers being so slow, but at least it's some kind of drawback to the pathfinding. However it doesn't seem they have pathfinding, at least I haven't seen any in the tests I've done.

Actually, I just got a brilliant idea. With mob systems you can put an oceolot in the middle of a pad, so when creepers spawn they run off into the channels a lot easier.

I've been working on a toggleable nether portal. Basicly you make a water piston that pours water over the portal when you don't want to use it anymore, or just close it. Then when you want to use it again you activate it with the Flint and Tinder again.
I remember I saw some time ago a way to make it so that the person that comes into your portal (in your base as your example) cant get out in time, so you just end up trapped there and comes back before you can even mine obsidian

I like the idea of mobs actively trying to find ways into your house and be able to smash open doors. Gives you an actual reason to create defenses instead of just plopping a door down and being impenetrable.

wont work anymore since you need to get out and back into a nether portal to use its portal-ing feature

Then instead of blocking it with blocks, use a curtain of lava. They can't leave without burning to death, if they destroy the frame they're stranded and/or drown in lava, (keep spare obsidian on hand). Control with pistons.

I wish they would stop nerfing their mobs. Endermen were fine picking up player made blocks, and creepers walked at a decent speed. The cat thing is a good nerf for the pathfinding ability through.

God, it's all because of their forums. Everyone there cannot handle a challenge AT ALL. So every single time they get killed they do the following:
"NERF PLZ NERF!!! creepa kill base :c nerf nerf nerf nerf nerf! my mob spawner keeps geting destroy by enman :'c nerf plz."
I wish they would stop listening on their forums and go to a better website.

Pshh, they don't listen to their forum. They listen to reddit, you silly billies.
I'd like it if the game was harder, but not by things like speed or damage, but by behaviors. Like zombies spawning in large packs or during blood moons, or creepers being strategic, or endermen being able to move blocks to get to you.

The new creeper speed is seriously starting to annoy me now, creepers were minecrafts iconic mob. Everyone who played knew them and there dangers, and now you can simply walk away from them without any trouble at all.

You'd think with FOUR legs they'd be able to move a bit faster than what they can now.

Them chasing after you is not what makes creepers a difficult mob, in fact that's always been their biggest weakness, you walking off. Their strong point is they are quiet, so they can get close to you and explode you. They don't need speed for that.
