That's not even hard to make like my other camo, you just have to take six color and recolor it.

howabout i get qualified for everything off the bat because i actually know what i'm doing
I know what im doing with sniper, i know how to stay hidden im better at killing people at long range, i know how to use all dat fancy stuff, but ill do your qualification course nerde.
only reasons i got caught in kyle hunt cuz bird likes to step on me
mmm
i want to do qualification courses just because.. it'd be fun
ill do your qualification course as long as no push ups k
Someone play Sins of Sol with me god damn
wow guy's i'm serious :C
if we're going to do qualification shit, atleast make it like like an actual qualification... you have to get so many hits on x amount of targets out of 40 for example (KDF bootcamp map should be made??) and i would heavily recommend doing a rank structure similar to shack tac, basically count up the active arma players then divide them into 2 squads and have like 2 main people to be the "commander" and the other to be the "assistant" and the 2 squads having basically a squad leader being the "commander" for that squad and having an nco being the "assistant" and will take lead if the "commander" goes down and what not.
but yes, we need qualifications, because we have to many people using weapons they don't know how to use properly, like the AT4, i see too many people missing with it so they have to get within 30m of it and have it stationary to be able to even hit it.
basically everyone has a rifle/carbine, either a standard AK or M16/M4 or any other user preferred standard rifle/carbine. they have to qualify to use the ACOG/PSO-1, GP-25/M203, AT4, shit like that ya'know.
thanks for that complete summary of what we're already doing
lmao good luck with that since everyone uses their own buttfuck variant of an obscure gun and will want to stay with that gun
ok then dont do attachment qualification? not that hard
We should use this map for our training just because it's set up for that shit
http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=15038
I could use some training, I'll make sure to do what I can to make it. Put me in a role that lets me use shotguns if it suits the mission.
So I was playing lol and ran into this....
It ended up with this.

as awesome as that is, that's like, too basic of a course
if we were doing strictly weapons familiarization, that'd be perfect. But we need like MOUT courses and shit like that.
i dont get you ran into this that looks like a normal team
then people can dele with using something different
I have weapons I prefer to use but I wouldn't complain if I got stuck with an M16 or something.
im cool with anything, i've played enough arma (as has pretty much anyone who plays with us) that im comfortable with basically all the guns
I think at the very least we should try to standardize to one type of mag for our rifles.
Edited:
Probably STANAGs because there's a huge variety of STANAG guns for a huge variety of roles.
Might be okay based on what faction we are. Like: "Don't pick up AKs, you'll run out of ammo and nobody will be able to help you." instead of the grab w/e you want thing we have going now. Not sure if totally for this though. Would be pretty cool I guess if we ran M16s, M4s, and M249s, but it's really more of a (big) bonus.
i'd just like it if anti-tank weapons, marksman rifles and dedicated sniper platforms were used by the people that actually know how to use them.
outside of that, i don't think it really matters what attachments you're running, i'm sure everyone is familiar enough with GP-30's and M203's and little shit like that
Stupideye wanna play lol in a little bit?
Edited:
i know how use sniper an marksman rifles
i know how to properly use a SWS with the ACE sniping features such as wind, range finding, shit like that
It's probably best to just give me a rifle and light AT. I can't hit shit with GLs.
Snipers are useless. And you won't need a rangefinder for a DMR, that's a waste of time.
M14 DMR, SVD favorite weapons
snipers are usually unnessary unless the mission calls for it, some sort of DMR is the best
got ACRE running through SIX again, along with all my mods
god i love this malformed piece of trash
Yeah i think ive only played like 3 missions where there is an actuall sniper slot, or one needed.
I just prefer using them
using them for what
that one mission we did with me, oakman and d3vils forming a sniper/spotter/security team was pretty badass though
i was slaying bodies with that TAC-50
niko work on my skin nerde
Killing mofos, just prefer being at range, or if i cant find any roll with ak-107 kobra
How about we just have designated marksmen with SVDs and if we ever do a sniper mission they can switch to a TAC-50 or something.
Yeah that would be nice also when is the next major event?
aaaaaaaaaaa
ok, sometime this week i'll get yours done
id love dat, i always end up grabbing svd half time anyway
Sniper (DIFFERENT FROM SNIPER RIFLE) = Operates in a team of 2. Moves silently out of combat, gets into position, waits for hours, takes out a single target from 1.5km away after a few minutes of calculations, and leaves the combat area without any further contact.
Squad Designated Marksman (S.D.M.) = Operates within a squad of 6-12. Can be expected to operate like a normal rifleman and is given optics and generally a calibre capable of taking out targets from 1.5-2x past normal rifleman range. Right in the the thick of everything. Snap shooting galore.
WE. DON'T. USE. SNIPERS. They don't exist in our missions. Holy shit.
woww, i've run sniper roles in domination, not 1.5km but like, up to around 800m
