    The challenge greater than insanity.

I need to know if the fish have a reappearance in Mass Effect 3 like the ships do.

If they don't im sending a hateful letter to Bioware regarding mistreatment of animals by the Alliance.

    Quarians are synthetic?
Quarians have synthetic implants that allow them to interact and meld with their suits, among other things. Starkid says even partially synthetic lifeforms die. So, yeah. A shitload of races would be killed, if he was telling the truth, but Bioware claims he was lying. It's dumb, either way.

When I beat Mass Effect 1 and 2, all I wanted to do was go back and play again, which I did. After beating Mass Effect 3, I just can't bring myself to continue my new ME2 Shepard.    I spent all that time in ME3 rallying the masses, expecting one final confrontation to beat the odds. At best, every united race distracted a Reaper long enough for me to reach the Citadel.

I've been getting more disappointed with every hour that has passed since I beat it. Really wish Bioware would change it in some way. I just don't see how they thought it was a good idea. I really want a reason right now to keep making new Shepards and playing through the series.

in ME3, i wish when you found your old squadmates (from ME2) it would be possible to engage in a small series of missions pertaining to that person. after the missions had been completed, they would join you and your ship and become a squadmate.

that way you wouldn't be fucked over like in the actual game

What was with that kid anyways?    I know he was just taking that form to interact with Shepard, but still. I don't get it. Was he some sort of god or what?

I actually liked it when we didn't know what the Reaper's goal was. It actually makes less sense when you do know.

I played the opposite way. I heard the ending was shit so I played through as quickly as possible. It was like ripping off a bandaid. Now that I've gotten that out of the way, I'm free to play through the series again. This time I'm going through as methodical as possible to make sure everything goes as I want at the end of ME3.

He was the Catalyst. More specifically, I think he was a sentient AI created during the first "Cycle". He realized the mistake organics had made by creating synthetics, thus creating the Reapers to preserve organic life by killing them and taking away their free will. Yea, it makes no sense.

Someone on Reddit had the amusing idea of coloring the Geth Infiltrators in pure black with red lights and decloaking next to your allies. Thank god there's no friendly fire in this game.

The planet Klencory has this description:
    ME
Klencory is famously claimed by the eccentric volus billionaire Kumun Shol. He claims that a vision of a higher being told him to seek on Klencory the "lost crypts of beings of light." These entities were supposedly created at the dawn of time to protect organic life from synthetic "machine devils."

    ME3
Klencory is a rock and ice planet with an atmosphere composed of chlorine and argon. The frozen surface is mainly composed of potassium with deposits of iron.
Klencory is famously claimed by the eccentric volus billionaire Kumun Shol. His once-ridiculed visions of "beings of light" protecting organic life from synthetic "machine devils" don't seem quite so far-fetched now. His private army of mercenaries are well-established on the planet, waiting for husks to come knocking in on their door. In all likelihood, they will be obliterated by the molten metal of a Reaper orbital bombardment, on its way to somewhere important.

The Indoctrination Theory isn't going to be canon. I don't think it can be executed well if they don't change the ending and just add some cutscenes. That wouldn't really wrap up the story at all.

In my opinion, the indoctrination theory has MULTIPLE problems.

    Harbinger leaving/Coats claiming noone survived:
Well it did just kill EVERYONE going to the beam, it probably had better things to do aka destroy more ships. And you were knocked out for a bit of time when you got hit, so Coats probably dismissed the chance of success, not sure about Anderson though.

Anderson arriving at the console before you:
Maybe he got teleported there instead?

Shepard's radio suddenly working/Hackett acknowledging Shepard on the Citadel after believing he was dead:
The 'radio' people use seem to be internally implanted on everyone, it doesnt seem like it'd get damaged easily. Also for Hackett suddenly acknowleding you survived, uh you just fucking OPENED THE CITADEL ARMS.

    Infinite ammo pistol:
Would be pretty fucking stupid if you had 6 shots.

Shepard bleeding on the place where he shot Anderson:
Pretty circumstantional, he would be bleeding in a lot of places after the laser beam.

Considering that the beam was the one and only weak spot in the Reaper plan that would have fucked up everything they'd been doing for millions of years, something as intelligent as Harbinger wouldn't have just flown off.

Unless the indoctrination theory is true and they wanted Shepard to enter the beam to continue the process.

Anderson arriving at the console before you:
Maybe he got teleported there instead?

There is no personal teleportation thing in the Mass Effect universe. Mass Relays are the only objects capable of doing that shit.
Also, in the walk to the console, there's a bunch of dialogue with Anderson that shows that he was beamed to a similar place as you. Looking at the console area, you'll see that the area you came out of was the only way to the console.

Hackett had no way of knowing it was Shepard that did it. For all they knew, Shepard was dead. "No survivors"

    Infinite ammo pistol:
Would be pretty fucking stupid if you had 6 shots.

    This is silly.
If they had added reloading, sure I'd accept your point, but Shepard fires bullet after bullet without reloading.
    Dream-like shit eh?

Shepard bleeding on the place where he shot Anderson:
Pretty circumstantional, he would be bleeding in a lot of places after the laser beam.

Notice how in the entire walk from the beam to the console, Shepard isn't holding that part of his/her body, showing that the wound was not present when he or she entered the citadel.
