I tried sleeping to an album and failed. It's quite possibly the MOST relaxing album in the history of mankind too, it was Brian Eno's "Music for Airports".

I fall asleep listening to nostromo all the time, and eno's ambient 1.
the weirdest part is waking up, just hearing those odd noises here and there.
