So yeah i wanted to ask for a Task .. you know. I build on my own a house, build some streets and added a bit light.. Before i do anything else .. i want to ask on what i should do

Alright, so we've just about finished the large mansion-y type place. If anyone needs anything to do they can add some furnishings in the top floor (using some of the various designs from here, if you don't mind) until there's a new task.
Also, I couldn't help but notice our current elevator is basically a gibbering wreck of bricks. I found a tutorial that hopefully someone can follow to get it into a functioning member of society.
It shouldn't be too complex - I was able to build one, so anyone who's anywhere near competent in Redstone use should be able to have it done in a jiffy.

So he has destroyed the Hotel because he didn't like how it looked, destroyed my fences, house, and possibly my slaughterhouse for no reason. Sounds like a A+ admin right there.

Well tbh the slaughterhouse was better suited to its own dome, but the fences and house were good.

The fences made it look a lot better in my opinion. Without it the road just looks too plain and boring.

Agreed. Torches on them also made everything look bright and better.
He still kept my pool. Why? The pool looks awful without fences or anything. God he is bad at decoration. He even put back the redstone torches.
Why do you guys make everything look dark and shitty? Put some glowstone somewhere or something not redstone torches.

Well I covered the outside of the roads with fences, to give it much needed light and some spice. Now he removed them so it returned to it's dark and boring state it was before.

Why the fuck does he think he's the smartest, best person at designing in the world? What is the point of removing the fences, and my house? Ugh this is pissing me off, what an asshole.
He also banned me for not removing the fences. I was waiting for him to give me a fucking reason so maybe we could work something out, but nooooooo.

Also he kept fucking up the top floor of the largest building. But he didn't even fuck it up right: he half-destroyed a staircase and plugged up the hole leading to the attic. I figured it was just a lazy griefer, so when I fixed it and came back and found a sign angrily telling me not to fix it again, I was scared I'd get banned.

He also knew that he was a whining fuckheep and he didn't do anything about it earlier.

If we PM Inacio he may listen. He's smart enough to know that the build ain't gonna go on at the same pace if a third of his workforce decides to stop.

be aware, though, that if people agree that something looks bad, it's going to get removed. the problem was that medal decided he was enough people to agree on removal

eg: someone told me that they dont like the way the project's headed, with a village built inside the dome. it is not what i had in mind either, but i cant (as suggested) just erase everything inside and tell you people to deal with it.

I feel the same way. There isnt a style, there isnt a good plan, and there isnt good quality control. I feel like we should create a basic map in world edit consisting of normal generated terrain with a water level that goes much higher than normal to allow building room. We would then create everything with water still there.(still spheres, so worldedit will be used), but there would be more flexibility. Rebuilding what deserves to stay in the new one wouldnt even take that long.

With the other build, we had a defined style, with defined districts and we did things piece by piece. Now, we dont have any of that.

Perhaps we should put a short hold on the build until we know what we're doing. It may slow us down a bit, but once we have a clearly defined style we won't have to faff about with X deleting Y's Z because it doesn't fit their vision of the build.
If we can all agree on a singular goal (or at least what that goal may look like) we'll go a lot faster and we won't spend twenty minutes walking around wondering at the possibilities if the possibilities are more limited.
Some sort of community vote, maybe?
