From my research it seems like the ferrite cores on cables keep EMI from escaping or entering as if it were an antennae.
Is there any way I can make an image I see on the internet appear as something else to me? Like redirect it to an image on my PC or something else on the internet. Something like reverse-adblocking an image.
I think it would be easiest if you had an audio cable running from an ipod or something running a sine wave signal, and then analyze it running into your line in or Mic in in adobe audition.

Is there some decent program that will let me see which applications are downloading stuff? It seems that internet goes a lot slower when my pc is on. My brother found out that usenet downloads go about 1-2mb/s when my pc is on, and jump to 7-8mb/s when my pc is off.
The only few things that I run that use internet are Chrome, Spotify, Steam and Wurm Online and I don't think any one of those is the reason
God I really don't understand this. I just played BF3 for 2 hours straight with no issues and then it just decides to crash again.
