    You can't spawn props? What if there is an event that requires some props and tools etc.?
    He's already stated there's going to be a sort of map editor included, so I assume that would work.

    Did some testing of the AI director with ^... upped the max amount of zombies for testing.

    As much as you specify. Default to automatically spawn up to is 30, with a maximum total of 100 (to be spawned via the director; ie, shotgun shooting, yelling etc)

    In the shot there's 100

    Yeah, it worked pretty well for me at least.

    I just tried to test this gamemode, but I am only met with a sea of errors.

    I can make a character and all that, but once I finish with that, the errors come around.

    Tried it first on gm_flatgrass, but that only resulted in a spam of
    Code:
     attempt to call field 'Think' (a nil value)(Hook: Think)
    gamemodes/vein/gamemode/sv_think.lua:6
    I then re-downloaded the SVN, and tried on cs_assault, I got a combination of:

    attempt to call field 'Think' (a nil value)(Hook: Think)
    gamemodes/vein/gamemode/sv_think.lua:6
    
    Tried to use a NULL entity!(Hook: ShouldCollide)
    gamemodes/vein/gamemode/shared.lua:500
    And quite a lot of lag.

    I have the same issue with everything downloaded and added correctly, modules also, and it also shows as base gamemode along with the errors as well.

    This looks really fun man! Can't wait. I absolutely love the idea that once you're dead, you're dead. I think this will add so much more to the game. I proposed this once on a roleplay server of mine but it didn't go down so well; however, I think it'll work great with this.

    Do you become permanently dead only when killed by a zombie, or also when killed by another player?

    I'm making spawn protection for new characters for one hour of ingame time. During that hour, if you die, you respawn as normal. You also cannot be infected.
