I had my own idea for an SCP:
*SCP-XXX
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXX is to be held within a large bunker, approx. 16*16m. The bunker is to be made of [DATA EXPUNGED] and is to be guarded by a team of 400-600 fully armed personnel. Assisting each guard is the 6th Armored Division. The bunker is located in [DATA EXPUNGED] approx. [DATA EXPUNGED]m underground.
In the event of escape all Foundation personnel are to prepare for a class-A Armageddon event.
Description: SCP-XXX is [DATA EXPUNGED] mixed with a [DATA EXPUNGED] to form a [DATA EXPUNGED]. It is capable of [DATA EXPUNGED] and [DATA EXPUNGED] and commonly [DATA EXPUNGED]. It [DATA EXPUNGED] it's [DATA EXPUNGED] and usually [DATA EXPUNGED] it's victims. SCP-XXX is known for [DATA EXPUNGED] and is believed to be the one true [DATA EXPUNGED]. It is theorized it came from [DATA EXPUNGED],[DATA EXPUNGED] in the year [DATA EXPUNGED].
The figure [DATA EXPUNGED] and [DATA EXPUNGED] with [DATA EXPUNGED] and a tuba. Do not under any circumstances [DATA EXPUNGED] it's [DATA EXPUNGED] or you may initiate a [DATA EXPUNGED]. It can affect others around it similar to [DATA EXPUNGED] and [DATA EXPUNGED]'s your [DATA EXPUNGED] up the [DATA EXPUNGED].
It is also found in [DATA EXPUNGED] with [DATA EXPUNGED] and [DATA EXPUNGED]ing a donkey.
(This is quite possibly the best SCP ever!)

Image that the goal of each author is to accurately and pseudo-scientifically describe each item/person/anomaly. It's sort of like an encyclopedia of weird shit.

Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be an 1873 Colt Model P Single Action Army Peacemaker revolver, with extended 12 inch barrel. It functions much as one would expect, and testing shows that all materials are indeed what they seem to be. Causes of SCP-XXXX's irregular behavior remain unknown, though recent breakthroughs have led researchers to speculate that [DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-XXXX is recorded as being manufactured on ██/██/187█, though testing has indicated that it may in fact have been created in 18██.
Any individual weilding SCP-XXXX instantaneously gains skills and reflexes comparable to that of world-class exhibition shooters. The effect only manifests itself when SCP-XXXX is being used, and does not affect the user's prowess with other weapons. SCP-XXXX's second anomalous feature is the fact that ammunition in the chamber never depletes. When the hammer begins to move towards an empty chamber, all six of the .44 calibur rounds already fired will instantaneously return to the chamber. Again, how SCP-XXXX does this remains unknown. Even high-speed footage has proved unhelpful, as the effect happens in less than a single frame of footage can show. The return of the round to the chamber coincides with the disappearance of the bullets, shell casings, and gun smoke of spent ammunition, indicating that SCP-XXXX somehow reassembles the rounds from their constituent atoms and transports them to the drum instantaneously. This effect gives SCP-XXXX, for all intents and purposes, unlimited ammunition. Combined with the skills inherent to using it, SCP-XXXX can be used devastatingly quickly and efficiently, effectively acting as a rapid-fire machine gun (provided the user is wearing gloves; constant friction of the hammer on bare palms has led to serious injury in field tests).
The third and final effect of SCP-XXXX is its subtle influence on its user. After having SCP-XXXX on a subject's person for approximately ██ hours, the subject will begin to become increasingly aggressive, arrogant, and violent. The most notable example of this is the case of Agent ███████, who after carrying the weapon in the field for ████ █████ eventually ███████████████ █████ ███████████████ █████, ultimately leading to [DATA EXPUNGED].
Luckily, the psychological effects of SCP-XXXX begin to fade between ██ and ██ hours after subjects part with the weapon, varying depending on how long they carried it. As a result, testing or use of SCP-XXXX by a single individual must be limited to ██ hours.
SCP-XXXX was recovered from one Mrs. █████ █████████ on ██/██/19██, after the weapon was put up for sale on an internet auction site. SCP staff noticed the page, and acted quickly to contact the woman. Luckily, few saw the page, and fewer still believed it could truly have the purported properties. Mrs. █████████ claims to have received the gun from her grandfather when he was on his death bed, where he revealed to her that they were descendants of legendary outlaw ███████ ██████████. Given ██████████'s reputation, it seems that he carried SCP-XXXX for the majority of his life. Mrs. █████████ was an able sharpshooter even without SCP-XXXX's assistance, and worked with the Foundation training security personnel and field operatives until her death during the containment failure of [DATA EXPUNGED].

Fill this in more. It annoys me to see censored text and [DATA EXPUNGED] everywhere. Some authors have been using that as an excuse to be lazy, instead of it's purpose. Be creative, fill that shit in. This isn't highly secret stuff, if you were a researcher working on an SCP this is information you would want readily available to you.
I don't get the reason why you censored the decade on the last date. Why is it alright for a researcher to know that it is indicated the weapon manufactured in the 1870s but then say that it may have been created any time in the 1800s. It doesn't make sense to me.

Also somewhere you should include protocol for testing it. How many hours can a person test it? Are there any special safety protocol to mention? What about psychological screening afterwards? Can a person test on it long term(over the course of months)?

Also wouldn't this classify more as a "Euclid" since the mechanisms are unknown and the psychological aspect of it seems slightly dangerous and unpredictable? Maybe since you have an idea of how it is supposed to be handled reliably it can be considered "Safe".

Besides, if that thing got out it'd be keter on it's own. Only reason we're still alive is luck and coincidence that the foundation figured it out and had the resources to contain it.

That log made it fucking terrifying for me. With its current canon status, it's not a threat to much of anybody, short of insane incompetence(knowing the Foundation, this is a very real possibility though). Now if it reproduced and had a hivemind? Just 1 instance of it losing containment means bye bye humanity. Plus the whole depopulation NA in a few days thing really brought it home.

Not being able to ever perceive it "in action" is, well, a fairly big point of the thing.
