Ohhhohooo, grass is greener syndrome.
If you want cold and depressing, minnesota is the place for you october through april
It's a textbook case. I'm from pennsylvannia and I miss it :(
Florida smells like old people and sulfur.
I stay inside my house all summer in fear I'll combust if I open my door.
Palmetto Bugs everywhere too.
I never see them though. Maybe they're devoid here
Psh, carbon fiber hoods are for ballers with lots of moneys for stupid needless bullshit. Or stupid riceboys with more bank than brains. If I got a carbon hood for cheap enough I'd use it, don't get me wrong, but I'm not going to give more money for something that looks OEM but is made out of a different material. A good, new OEM hood should cost no more than $150 -- If I found a carbon one for under that, I'd pick it up.
Anyways, also found out something interesting: This Civic is a canadian Si coupe, which basically means it's still an EX Coupe but it was a canadian market car at one point.
matt black spraypaint the hood for +5hp
I wish there was a way to make this car more interesting.

Grrr.
I found a 280zx in nice condition near where I live, but I don't have the money to buy it.
I test drove it too, and it runs awesome, complete with a really fucking cool digital dash.
I'm part of an exchange student program with a group of students in PA! I love it there! Where abouts in PA are you from?
Easton, PA. Leighi Valley area. Is it like England![]()
If it were really like England, it would be flooded in Ford Fiestas...
My second home as it were is an hour and half away! Radnor Township, Bryn Mawr.
My friend says I should get ITBs

Wow wrong thread.
No, I think it's the correct thread, you just assume it is the wrong. It isn't. It is most certainly the right one. No, left then right. I can assure you it is really correct. As correct as possible, more correct than correct is inside of correctville. It's so correct you can't correct it anymore. I don't think you understand how correct this matter of very correct importance is in this very correct time of the day. You know that I'm 100% correct. So correct, here is 100 corrects. Correct, Correct, Correct, Correct, Correct, Correct, Correct, Correct, Correct, Correct, Correct, Correct, Correct, Correct, you know what? Fuck it. You know I'm correct and you can't deny it.

Yeah, get ITBs
Oh! It's false! Got it.
If you're serious about weight reduction then a carbon fibre hood is a good way to lose 30-40kgs, would be a good idea if you're trying to balance weight distribution.
I know, most people just go for the looks but they can have a purpose.
Taken earlier this week, the snow is starting to melt for whatever reason but this is only a taste of whats about to come. I love driving in this stuff.
![]()
I don't think I'll be losing 30-40kgs on a civic hood, considering they only weigh 14kgs to begin with.
The VIS OEM carbon hoods weigh ~6.8kgs but that's like me taking a good shit and then going for a drive.
But fwd snow is no fun. :(
Fair point with your civic but my hood, double skin weighs and absolute fucking ton. If I CF'd that then I'd be removing a lot of front-end weight. But I don't have £700 for a mould :(
That along with a CF sunroof, rip the aircon, power steering, remove 4 wheel steering, swap leather seats for some buckets and strip sound deadening I'd easily be looking at 100+KGs, that would make a good difference.
Not a bad idea actually...
Previous owner installed a light-weight aluminum hood on mine, said it was for weight reduction.
Come to find i think he crunched the front end at some point...Both the front fenders are creased at the same spots, like the front end got folded in and then bounced back or something.
Edited:
Plus, it's a fucking RX-7, stock hood couldn't weigh very much to be honest, would almost be a waste of time to install an aluminum one in my opinion. It is a shit load lighter, i can lift it with one finger, but like Bradley said...It's almost like taking a really big shit and then going for a drive, it can't weigh that much less. Whatever, front end is all color matched now anyways. And it's two colors instead of three so :P
E-brake will turn any fwd car into an instant Ken Block-mobile. Crashes and everything!
Aircon, power steering, leather seats, sound deadening... What is all this sorcery you speak of :v
1900 pound hatchback represent
So i went to the midnight release of skyrim a while ago and decided to shove my phone into my brothers lap, told him to record the drive just for shits and giggles. Not much happening, more of an audio clip, but it actually turned out pretty good quality.
It sounds delicious.
Also flip up light buddies.
:D '93 F-150 "Zia Edition", It drives so well considering the previous owners treatment of it
![]()
What's the Zia add? When I look it up, some results say it's aftermarket.
Only thing I see is the badge below F-150
apparently it was a package sold by some dealers NM to charge more money, because the zia is the symbol of NM, as i can't tell a difference other than the badge.
So what should I start with as far as cheap (<300-400) upgrades for my WRX? :raise:
Edited:
Oh wait wrong thread.
Buy an evo
Talk about cheap.![]()
It's alright, after installing that upgrade, you can sell the parts you take off (The entire WRX) and get some money back.![]()
Pretty much a van, lovely lovely boot space.

if I fold my back seats down I can almost lay down front to back.
Edited:
almost
I fold my back seats down and shit in the trunk falls into the car
My back seats are fixed and also my front seats only fold about 10 degrees so getting in and out of the back is extremely unflattering:
