tasted alright, just really tough. just ate it with a dab of butter and some black pepper so as not to waste it.
I made some Greek Yogurt/Harissa marinated chicken, some grilled vegetables, and some tabouleh. It was super tasty.

Me and my brother made 2 of these 6 months ago. Started as 1.5 pounds each. The holes in the paty were an effort to help it not break up as it shrunk while being cooked. Toasted texas toast, tomatoes, swiss cheeze, saute'd mushrooms. Was glorious, but wouldn't really do it again. After a while you can't really taste what you're eating.

had my first go at making chinese dumplings today!
i think it went pretty well. these are pork and spring greens dumplings
they look a bit like brains, but they are pretty tasty! gonna be eating these all week...
and this is my lunch tomorrow for my first day of work
prawn sweet chilli noodle salad (with mixed salad leaves, peas, cherry tomatoes and cucumber), a couple of dumplings, mixed nuts and a load of cucumber. i hope it's good!

Inspired by this (which later resulted in this) I tried cooking a block of noodles in the rice cooker. I didn't have any eggs however so I substitutes with thai chili powder and beef broth.
Well it's got aste now but I overdid it on the spices. It's also still rather dry with almost two cups of water.
