Oh god I did the dumbest thing ever, I was revving the engine at neutral preparing to shift to first gear. I forgot to step on the brakes when I shifted.
3 meter wheelie on a bloody Vespa lol.

found out today my grandfather wants to give me the 1981 honda cm400e we have been getting road worthy. drove it for 10 miles today., has a slight stumble down low but runs great above that.
i have been riding his 06 shadow 600 since he layed it over and was scared of it. i guess he wants it back.
here is a pic

Almost scared me to death, probably because of the short wheelbase or something, also the new carburetor have some oomph to it seems like its pumping more gas that its supposed to causing the engine to get silly fast.
Cm400, Nice, its not common to see a bike like that here.
I've got a pair of A* SP-2s and they're amazing. If I could I'd wear them everywhere.
Riding season sounds fun, we have big bikes convoy here which rides from the north of Borneo, all the way to the south and back. Cant wait till I get a big bike and join them.
They also take their bikes and onto the famous Sepang F1 Track which is in another state, on another island. I wish I could that someday.
take your scooter onto sepang
set a new record lap time
I don't believe it has changed atall, the bike is slightly different to the car however this site helped me with mine: http://www.all4bikers.com/theory/
There is still the hazard perception after, but i didn't know that until about 10 mins before i went in fo the theory as i hadn't done one before! haha!
The ex-owner actually took it there. I don't know the record time though.
Im planning to buy that

But ill wait a bit.
I really want to buy a buell
They are the "sport" Harley Davidson's, for what it's worth.
I love buells. The sound!
Practicality. Fuck yeah.

didnt buell go under in 09?
i know harley has picked up a few sportish looking bikes.
Yeah, HD shut down buell, but it's making a comeback
The 1190RS is super-hot.

Found an awesome place to mess around today:

sexy, but 40,000 USD? no thanks
Where 'bouts? Looks like a good place for practising wheelies![]()
Met with a group of big riders today. Instantly fell in love with Kawasakis.
ZX-6s, ER-6s, a couple of the looked like a Z750, couple of 1000CC Ninjas and another two ZX-14. Most of them had some other custom exhaust pipes and they sound like the angels of motorbikes. There were also BMW R1200 and F800.
Man they were awesome.
This entire area. Yeah it is awesome for wheelie practice, wanna play around there next weekend?
Last year I almost bought a Er-6n. The insurance was outrageous at 125 a month for me. That is the only reason I didn't get it.
Oh nice, that's only ~15 minutes away for me. I'd be up for some hooning about this weekend. Either day is fine for me, atm.
Nearing 2 months now, and the bike is still at the shop waiting for more parts (read: Replacing entire radiator). Everything else on the bike is in working order and does what it should be doing, so replacing the radiator is a last ditch effort as it's the only logical thing that can be broken at this stage. Although I'm struggling to find a way how a cleaned up radiator just "stops" working.
Would a Ninja 250R be a good first bike? Or are there better alternatives? I don't want anything blisteringly fast, just something fast enough that I wont be ran down at a red light. Insurance is a big one.
Like, I found a 2010 250R for $3,000 USD.
http://www.motorcycle.com/classified...07200DE07.html
Good deal? And is 7,100 miles a lot for a bike?
Honda's answer to the Ninja 250 would be the new CBR250r. Its single-cylinder engine should be fine for moving smoothly around town. Recalling the pricing from memory, I think it's around $4,000 USD or less for new.
The CBR has a lower top-speed and weaker high-end torque compared to the Ninja. If you're thinking of doing more highway runs, get the Ninja.
7,000 miles is OK. Though I'm vary of purchasing online, especially when I'd like to test the item first before buying. Just my opinion.
That polygon exhaust looks better on this one, unlike on the higher cc ninjas.
7k miles is nothing for a bike. Motorcycle engines can last for more than 100k if properly maintained.
Hell, some guy on a sportbike forum I visit had gone over a million miles on his CBR/Fireblade.
Polygon exhausts have no place in this world...
7k miles is nothing, I bought my GPX with 40,000Kms on it last year and put 17,000Ks on it throughout the year. So it's now sitting at 57,000 Kms and doing okay.
A friend of mine is selling his Kawasaki Z1000. Hot.
Buy it.
I went to a dealership yesterday and sat on an SV650S for the first time. Thing was amazing.
Bike won't start after winter. Pissed. Probably nothing serious, since it worked fine before putting it to sleep.
Aaaand completely unrelated to the last sentence:
The Ducati Panigale might just be my new favorite/dream sportsbike.
Looks amazing, 195hp, all the reviews are praising it...
Well, time to start saving up.

Drooooool......
195 horsepowers, 164 kilograms
It should have an additional mount for the enormous balls of the guys who drive that thing :p
That thing could probably fly if it wanted to.
How about a 1975 Husqvarna 250? Also got a 360 automatic. An honest to goodness 4 speed automatic dirtbike.

Guess what guys!?!
I got my Suzuki running. Running and fully working (Well, the bike doesn't have idle for some reason. Lost it a couple of weeks before the winter. For now i've fixed this by tightening the throttlewire. Only temporary fix, gonna take her to a mechanic later.
I also took it to a ride. It was fantastic. I was grinning inside my helmet the whole time. I was also singing "Bicycle race" the whole time.
Was taking it really slowly (Still somewhat slippery, and snow on smaller roads). Going slightly under, or exactly the speedlimits at all times. 6 Cars overtook me, 4 of them were taxis.

Seriously i'm so GOD DAMN happy now. I feel like i can take on the whole world. hasdhdsajhdsajhdsahk bikes dsaahgsd

here is a pick of the two jets and the float of one of the carbs.
