I'll try to do this without being an ass.
Let's start with the muzzleflash, as said, needs to be brighter in the middle, shape is good but it is too large.
Generally people don't hold a machine gun such as the RPD (I believe that's what you have there) by the magazine, you hold it by the forward grip by the barrel.
The 1 with the assault rifle with the scope, that is a very awkward position to hold a rifle. Take a look at those gun posing tutorials.
And over all they all look a little cramped and packed together, they have no room to show any body language (with no faceposing, this is what you really need.)

An RPK is, for all intents and purposes, just an AK with a longer heavy barrel and usually bipod. As far as I know, it still fires from a closed bolt. The RPD is a totally different action, belt-fed, fires from an open bolt (belt-feds generally do) and is also 7.62x54R vs. the RPK (7.62x39) or RPK-74 (5.45x39).

Basically, the RPD is what the PKM was brought in to replace.
