the title means that the corporal shouldn't turn in to one of those faggots that walk around and hump the ground because those marines are worthless college dropouts who lost their part-time job. the guys in the humvee are obviously making careers of themselves and probably do something useful to the world like provide combat journalism, etc. while those losers on the ground's jobs are to get shot and just that. worthless.
