Woah , nice one !
Rated artistic !
your gun posing needs a lot of work. look at some reference images, man.
Who is holding the gun wrong? Francis, Zoey, Bill or all of them?
omg francis is left handed XDDD
Francis and Zoey.
Francis is about to totally fuck his elbow and Bill isn't doing much better. Stocks go into shoulders. Nowhere else.
A friend of mine used to think you put the butt of a rifle against your chin ("well how else do you aim down the sights"). Ohhh man, going shooting with him would've been hilarious.
Here, allow me to demonstrate:
See? Like that.
You can fire 'from the hip' (stock tucked under your arm), but it's generally only used when you haven't got time to aim properly or when you're not entirely trusting of the weapon you're about to fire (if you're worried about headspacing or something).
It's exactly the same for any stocked weapon, including bullpups:
The Steyr example is probably the better one, since I'm a lot more comfortable with it (use it for work) than the SLR (only handle it every now and then at the museum I volunteer at).
Lean forwards into the weapon, elbows tucked down as far as comfortable to lock the butt into your shoulder, holding it tight enough but not strangling it. There are other ways of doing it, but that's the universally accepted method and almost certainly the first thing people learn when they learn to shoot.
I don't like all the yellow.
oh god ross sorry to say this you look like a serial killer
you're still cool whatsoever
my section commander at kapooka called me belltower because he figured i'd be the kind of guy to sit up one and pick people off for a few days :haw:
Edited:

You work at a gun museum? Your so lucky.
I'm in the Army Reserve too so I get to actually shoot some pretty crazy shit as well
