Good posing, love the lighting.

Your glows for the eyes and... mech eyes are too horizontal in my opinion, besides that everything's nice and brown.

Yes yes brown IS a color, but it's not really a color anyone likes anymore.
Everyones onto that Rainbow shit now where everything has a different color no matter where ya look.

I mean where the main color to be seen isn't brown
the ground is brown which takes up a good chunk of the picture, the mech is brown, the ground that's above the wall is brown
Sure the mech is blue but it's got a brown tint to it also because everything else is brown
only thing that isn't brown or brownish is the eye glow which is behind the brown dust anyway

The lens flares need work, but good posing. Also, if you say you're going to leave. Do so. Don't be a drama queen and create such an exit as you did, and then come back a few days later and start it all over again. Not saying you will, I'm just sayin'.

The lens-wipes or whatever those streaky glow things are ruin this picture, the sources don't even look bright enough to warrant them anyway. You should probably do some dodge/burn work (or whatever technique you use for shading) and make it look like those light sources are ACTUAL light sources.
posing, angle, overall idea is pretty mediocre, nothing special but nothing bad either.

I like it, I dont see any problems with the posing and I like the atmosphere.
The lens flare thing is a bit exaggerated tho.

Certain parts look too bright, such as the ground at the bottom left.
Also I dislike the brown. Not in my taste, but it kinda does match the picture. But his armor is blue so it seems to stick out a bit more. Can't decide if that part is bad or good.

It's kinda odd his armor turned out blue, when in the original is black.
I personally like bright deserts, and brown in general, but I guess I'll have to take on the new trend. As brown is turning into taboo

Everyone pretty much said what I would have. I think the TM's hand should be shifted over to look like he just pried open the hatch, but that's my only real gripe. A multi-colored piece of wood for you.

Actually, looking again, a small amount of motion blur would make it multitudes better.

If you want to continue making those little lens flares, be sure to set the layer to the screen blending option. Otherwise it will darken the light source and it won't make sense.
And yea, the flares do seem out of place considering how bright the rest of the scene is.
I do like the angle however.
