I think it's nice. Nothing over the top, nothing too bad. Other then the blank space underneath the arch, it's ok. As Lebowski said, try to fill the empty space with something. More enemy's, bodies, explosion; something that keeps it interesting and not as bland.

The map also is not the most interesting, because they are space marines choose something that might make more sense. Like on a space shuttle, hostile environment; because they just look out of place here. For this a normal marine outfit would have looked better and matched.

Deficient bring the shot in closer, to much space on both sides. If anything use less zoom and just walk closer, you don't need to see the blue marines legs. Go for waist and higher unless he is doing some specific with them.

For you're next shot, try new models, map, and maybe mess around with lighting.

I'm taking recommendations on good maps. Also I wish someone would rip the rest of the models in starcraft 2.

Ok I know you guys are getting tired of starcraft 2 but it seems that for now until i get it perfect they are the easiest to pose.

If you just started out with posing and making screenshots this is really good. Just keep making more pictures!

This page has good looking maps that are good for posing (maybe not Starcraft). Some maps on there are really old but they still look good.

Also try putting your AA even higher by using the controlpanel for your GPU because I can still see some jaggies.

And make sure you have jpeg_quality 100

That last one on the first wasn't too shabby (what map is that?), although the two red ones look really identical. Like others have said, I suggest using a variety of models if you want to get more experience. Other than that, you did an OK job with these :)

Doing research can also help to improve your poses.

Close observation to camera angles, the way character's face looks and posing can greatly improve your pictures if you're able to replicate them. The better the character's rigged the closer you get can get to copying the pose exactly.
