[Fussy!]

"Shifters", also known as Censurs, are people with the power to change their facial appearance, sometimes their whole body, at will. During the process their face looks like it's being censured, a common way of hiding the identity on news stations. These "Shifters" originate from the area and towns around the crash site of Vessel #731, a alien ship. The water in the area was contaminated by a strange, "blurry" fluid which is the probable cause of these strange abilites. More data on other mutants, are to come. DATA SESSION OVER

The only thing I do not like is that the blur on the borders doesn't blend smoothly. Otherwise, really good posing and the idea is original.

Oh, well.

There's this spoof episode of cops in one of the episode start ups with the two cops trying to arrest this italian cockroach guy who has a blurred face.
The human cop then says something like "sir, please uncensor your face right at this moment!" and he complies.

Nice. I have an idea I've been working on similar to all these "camcorder/surveilance cam" style pictures involving sci fi stuff. I definitely like how everyone's interacting with one another.

Scanlines aren't really the best way to go, but otherwise it's pretty nice
