From a realistic point of view, rain is pretty badly done, from an artistic point of view, half of the white in the picture is pretty much my fault and my weiner's.

This isn't kindergarten, we're not supposed to point out exactly how to fix the problem, that's up to the person himself. You don't see movie reviews going like "that scene was badly shot, they should have shot it from behind and then panned the camera up while rotating it".

I don't know how you're trying to say that it's childish to do so because it's not. It tends to look more childish when you say the rain looks like "cum."
As I said before, movie reviews aren't supposed to be helpful or construtive to the director, they're made to give the general public an idea of how good the film is. The movie critics are professionals that don't try and help the creator of the film. Here is in this community we help people by being efficient, we provide construtive information.

If you want to make a 50-page tutorial on how to turn the goddamn opacity of a single layer down, be my guest. I'm pretty sure you are the only person on this entire forum who thinks that 'turn the layer opacity down' is not efficient or useful.
In fact, the very definition of efficient is to the point without any superfluous fucking around and, in this case, stating the bloody obvious.

If you really want to be constructive i advise you look at other issues other than the opacity. Look, ross, youre missing my point anyway. Im suggesting you be more constructive, thats it,. Being efficient can mean many things but in this case its much more efficient to actually be helpfful. Do you honestly think that saying it looks like jizz is helping, honestly? Do you honestly think thats efficient?

I disagree, Ross. lowering the opacity would not improve the picture in any way. Altering this small detail would only create a new problem further taking away from the rains realism. You have the right idea but the way you are wording it is incorrect. The rain in certain areas does seem too thick, however I believe this change would only make the rain appear dephthless.
In some areas the rain is too thick yes, however, not in all aspects. Telling him to lower the opacity is very basic and hardly provides an adequate solution for our problem(If there is one.)
