the character on the right looks good, although missing fingerposing.
the one on the left is incredibly bland, standing straight up with his arms at his sides.
the lighting doesn't make sense either. it's not bad for a first pose, because i've seen so much worse.

the guy on the the left could just have seen the bones and gotten shocked and just let his arms fall
